Aanchal Dwivedi back with Godh Bharai..

Aanchal Dwivedi who played the vamp Kaveri in Zee TV's Saat Phere will make a comeback to fiction, as she extends her long standing association with the same production house with Godh Bharai on Sony.

According to our source, "Aanchal will play the role of the elder bahu of the family. Her character name is Meena, and she is a pretty insecure female. She does all kind of stupid things to turn the attention of the entire house towards her; she tries to talk like the high society people, dresses in the same manner. But all her efforts turn out to be comical".
   
Aanchal who essayed the highly popular role of Kaveri in Saat Phere had been waiting for a different kind of role to come her way. Confirming the news, Aanchal told us, "Yes, it is nice to be back. While Kaveri was totally grey from head to foot, Meena is a character who tries to do a lot of things to get praised; she has a funny side to her too. She is jealous of her Devrani (Pallavi Subhash) who is the pampered bahu of the house".

Aanchal's character will have grey shades to it, but there will be a comical content attached to it.

As reported earlier, Godh Bharai will see Pallavi Subhash and Shakti Anand playing a couple. Mohit Malik plays the other lead in the show. Anita Kulkarni who was last seen in Palampur Express will also play an important role in the show.

Godh Bharai is expected to launch on March 8th on Sony. The time slot is yet to be decided though.
