Aamir Sanjeeda being replaced as Nach Baliye hosts?

As per the format, the previous season's winner hosts the new season on Nach Baliye. So Nach Baliye 4 saw the winners of Season 3 , Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh as its hosts. But if rumors are to be believed, the latest buzz is that the couple is soon to be replaced.

"The judges and the contestants are not very happy with the hosts this year. There are talks happening to replace them," says a reliable source from the production house. It has also been heard that the duo have no dum. "They seem to be lacking the X-factor as hosts, and do not have the grave like the previous anchors", adds our source.

The buzz is that the channel and the production house are contemplating on several names from the last three seasons to replace the duo. "They have approached Manav Gohil and Shweta Kawatra for the same. They have also asked Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar (winners of Season one). Outsiders, when it comes to Nach Baliye, Rajeev Khandelwal and Aaamna Sharif are also being considered. However, Sachin and Supriya have most chances of being the new hosts," quips our source.

But when contacted, Supriya had a different story as she says, "We have not been approached by the channel or anyone else to host the show."

However, a person very close to Manav Gohil said, "The channel has approached them to host the show, but that was just for one or two episodes as guest anchors. But nothing has been finalized yet as the couple have just returned after a long vacation." 

To clear the air, we got in touch with Aamir Ali who states, "Till now, we are very much part of the show. There are definitely twists, wherein the audience will see the faces of some of the couples from the previous three seasons as guest anchors for one episode, but that does not mean that we are being replaced as hosts."

Ever since the inception of the fourth season, Nach Baliye has been haunted by some controversy or the other.

Guess the audience just has to wait and watch if Aamir and Sanjeeda will bid adieu or will just pass the mantle of anchoring to others for a brief time!!
