Aalekh Kapoor On Working With Jennifer Winget In Code M

After presenting some of the most successful web shows, ALT Balaji is coming up with yet another riveting thriller, Code M. The series will mark the digital debut of one of the most coveted actresses of Hindi television, Jennifer Winget and it has left fans utmost excited for the series. As reported by us earlier, the series will trace the journey of a military lawyer Maya (Jennifer Winget), who will expose an uncomfortable truth while investigating and open and shut case of a militant encounter. The truth exposes a secret that destroys many lives and shakes up the entire Indian Army. It’s one of a kind story and a different genre altogether. 

We also shared first look of Jennifer in the military uniform which set our mood excited for the series. 

Apart from Jennifer Winget, Rajat Kapoor and Tanuj Virwani will also be seen playing lead roles in the series. Now, we hear that actor Aalekh Kapoor has joined the cast of the show to play an interesting character. We got in touch with the actor and he shared, “This is my first foray into web, I have done TV and a lot of travel anchoring earlier, and this will be my first digital project. The role that I’m playing is exactly the kind that I wanted for my web debut. The character is very interesting and I won’t categorize it into fully negative or positive, it’s a grey character. The best part is that my character is pivotal to the plot.”

Further talking about his experience of working Jennifer he said, “Jennifer is the most humble and down to earth celebrity that I’ve ever worked with. I knew Jennifer is quite famous so I didn’t know what to expect, but we started shooting, it went very smooth. You actually feel relaxed while you’re working with her because she makes you feel comfortable and helps you bring out your best performance.”
