A Rajput group announces award of Rs 5 Cr to whoever beheads Deepika

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period drama film Padmavati is tied up with numerous controversies and has created chaos all around the nation (especially in Rajasthan). A film which has now become a synonym to the Rajput's pride has been asked to be shelved by the various Rajput committee members.

From maiming Deepika Padukone to claiming that the film is allegedly funded by the Underworld, Padmavati has had it all.

After the Rajput Karni Sena threatened to chop off Deepika's nose, the police have increased security at her residence in the city. Amidst all this havoc, another Rajput organisation has announced to offer a sum of Rs 5 crore to whoever beheads Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone.

"Anyone who brings the head of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone will be rewarded with Rs 5 crore. Rani Ma Padmavati had sacrificed her life with 12,000 other women in mass immolation (Jauhar), and Bhansali has raised a question on her courage by showing her in bad light in his film. This is unacceptable. Either both of them should leave the country or get ready to be beheaded," said Thakur Abhishek Som, national president of Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Yuva Mahasabha, as quoted by TOI.
