One a vivacious, lively, talented girl from Lucknow, the other an intense and complicated ruthless business tycoon! What happens when destiny entwines their lives together? Affirming the saying that opposites attract, Sony Entertainment Television's latest offering is a beautiful love story of two contrasting individuals - Humsafars. Premiering on September 22 at 10:30 pm, Humsafars chronicles the lives of a budding fashion designer Arzoo Nausheen Khan and a multimillionaire owner of a fashion house Sahir Chaudhary.

Set against a Muslim backdrop, Humsafars is a heart-tugging story of two opposites. Arzoo who is from Lucknow comes to Mumbai to fulfill her dreams of becoming a fashion designer and ends up working for Sahir who owns a fashion house, Sayaara.  What follows is an intense love story between two imperfect and contrasting individuals and what happens when their worlds collide. While Arzoo believes that with family's love and hard work you can achieve anything, Sahir thrives on power and money and will not stop at anything to achieve what he wants. However, destiny has different plans for them and how the yin and the yang find true love in each other is what makes Humsafars an unconventional love story.

Making her debut with the role of Arzoo Nausheen Khan is the young and talented Shivya Pathania and portraying the suave and intimidating Sahir Chaudhary will be the handsome Harshad Chopra. Other star cast includes talented actors like Vibha Chibber, Sehban Azim, Madhumalti, Purva Parag among others.
