83 trailer out now: Ranveer Singh, Pankaj Tripathi & Co. manage to fill your hearts with joy in mere glimpses

After all this time of waiting for the movie to hit the screens, the trailer of 83 was finally released just today and it definitely has left all of us smiling and a little bit proud too. For some of us, the trailer is a rundown of what actually went by, but for a lot of people, it is remembering a time that shook things for the Indian cricket team, and visibly so.

The 83 trailer leaves us impressed courtesy of Ranveer Singh and Pankaj Tripathi along with some rather fun antics by Jiiva as he plays Krishnamachari Srikkanth. While the trailer only shows glimpses, we see both struggles and joys, and while we know the story, to witness it on the big screen would be nothing short of an experience in itself. The movie rightly brings together a bunch of emotions that are of rage, happiness, worry, and often, confidence. Since we see the most of Ranveer and Pankaj, there roles and their camaraderie on-screen are both beautiful to look at.

With fun elements every now and then, the movie sure does look promising!

The film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Addinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, R Badree.

The film is jointly produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Phantom Films, Reliance Entertainment. It is slated for a theatre release on December 24.
