6 years of Bareilly ki Barfi: Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari shares wholesome BTS of Ayuhsmann, Rajkummar and Kriti

Filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari who has always won the audience's hearts with interesting and compelling stories. As the filmmaker enjoys a huge slate of movies, one amongst many is her 2017 released romantic comedy 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.  This film brought a perfect blend of love, friendship, family drama, comedy, and an amazing musical album for the audience. 

As the film received widespread critical acclaim upon release, it is indeed a special one in the director's career, and to cherish the 6 years of 'Bareilly Ki Barfi', she reminisced the beautiful memories.

On the 6th anniversary of 'Bareilly Ki Barfi', Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari took to her social media and shared some BTS stills from the sets. As she can be seen with the cast and the team, these pictures say a lot about how the director truly put her best to create this amazing film. She further jotted down the caption -

'Bareilly Ki Barfi' starred Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles, with Pankaj Tripathi and Seema Pahwa in supporting roles. In the film, the director brought an amazing story decked with regional flavour to it that made it resonate with the wider audience. Moreover, the film also brought remarkable characters like Bitti Mishra, played by Kriti Sanon, and Vidrohi Ji, played by Rajkummar Rao. 

For the unversed, the director won the Filmfare Awards, Zee Cine Awards, and Bollywood Film Journalists Awards for Best Director for the firm. 

Apart from this, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari has an interesting lineup of films with 'Bas Karo Aunty', and she is also working on some big-scale films.
