There are good shows and bad shows but then there are also good but unsuccessful shows. Some shows have an interesting story line and wonderful attributes such as direction, locations, etc. but they still fail to fetch good ratings. Let's take a look at 5 interesting shows that failed to impress the audience.

1. Bigg Boss 9- Double Trouble.

This season of Bigg Boss is unlike the previous ones. This season seems to have failed to engage and entertain the audience this time and the TRP s have also significantly dropped.

2. Tashn e Ishq.

The love story of Yuvraj and Taneja is not being able to attract the audience any more. A possible reason for this could be the high amount of family conflicts between the two families and less of romance.

3. Sarojini - Ek Nayi Peheli.

The show takes us on a journey through the life of a modern and well educated girl named Sarojini, who enters a different world after her marriage, one that is very orthodox and culture dominant. Even with Mohit Sehgal on Board, the show fails to fetch decent TRP's.

4. Pyar Ko Ho Jaane Do.

Its been almost a month since this show first came out. Most serials utilize the first few months to gather its loyal set of viewers, which didn't really happen for this show. Despite of the popular star cast and an interesting storyline, the show failed to captivate viewership.

5. Suryaputra Karn.

Indian television has seen many different mythological shows but 'Suryaputra Karn' has been unable to match up with those shows. Even the entry of Gautam Rode post leap, couldn't save the boat from sinking, as the show is still not doing that well in terms of the TRPs.

Sarojini is doing very well in terms of trps in 6:30 PM time slot..& at d end of the day trp speaks for a show na?Mohit Sehgal rocks as somendra.

ETR is doing awesome in its time slot, it's slot leader along with 2nd in zee and 6 or 7 th in overall trp chart, that too with out any magasangam, it's doing good with a consistent Upward trend in trp chart which is very much needed for any new show, that's why it's not in this list, people who want to defend their show pls do but don't drag ETR as there is many reason why it's not in this list, and the most important one is ETR2 is not a flop show , anyway I don't believe even TEI is a flop, any show which cross 2.5 in trp chart is not flop, even suhani si larki in it's time slot doing awesome so time slot is just a lame reason to defend, it's competition in that particular time slot that matter not time slot and about budget, TRP does not count hit and flop basis on budget, it's overall ranking which matter and ETR doing pretty much decent in overall trp chart without any help of any celebrity or other shows audience(magasangam)

IF needs to reconsider its editorial team. Such baseless articles demonstrate poor journalism. Not only is this not sensationalist, it is poorly written and the writer is clearly ill-informed. There are several factors you must consider before deeming a show as a 'failure'.
What really fails to impress its audiences, is this article.

Sarojini and ETRETR are in the same channel and they are diametrically different kind of shows, that's why ETRETR was mentioned not bcz DD is starring in it...

And I would've mentioned it even somebody else starred in it including Sanaya...
(Although if Sanaya had starred in it, I am sure ETRETR would've have made this list, it would even be No.1 in this list according to I-F)
I think ETRETR is the biggest budget show right now in ZTV, right? I could be wrong...

Sarojini is low budget, at 6:30 pm, contemporary story setting, it was not promoted that much, ETRETR very big budget, period drama with extraordinary attention to detail according to the makers, heavily promoted and more importantly at prime time 9:30. pm
And above all both are in ZeeTV

I was making a point that this article is silly, you cannot say if 'Audience is impressed by a show or not' by trps alone, you also have to take the telecast time and budget into account.

Worst article I have ever come across. Lol whoever has written this must have Been ill or something. Tashan e ishq hasnt failed to impress in fact the TRPs are very good and the fan following is amazing! Also the show is about kunj and twinkle's love, get your facts right you writer.
Also i agree bb9 isnt that amazing but it totally has its audience.
