hi
lately ive gained a lot of weight ...i weighed 42 but now i am 51 kgs
plz suggest some  healthy food that i should incorporate into my diet
ps: im a pure vegetarian

Eat  vegetables and salad a lot.....& curd too....dont eat after short intervals....keep gap of at least 4 hours while taking breakfast, lunch, dinner.............and u need to walk daily for 20 minutes......or may exercise for one hour daily........then see the miracle.......😀

you need atleast 30 minutes of cardio.

if your old, power walk. if your young, run. walking doesn't give you quick results if your young.
