make sure you start that video in the real player window...b/c you might have it blocked on internet explorer... so when you open in real player , right click on the video and click download

i right clicked it but there is no download - it just says play - loop - rewind - print but no download

okay do this:

[in the realplayer] *make sure your download option is working* :

TOOLS>>PREFERENCES>>*on left hand column*DOWNLOAD & RECORDINGS>> *check the box that says 'enable web downloading' and fill the circle that says 'only on mouse over' then press okay...then go to the video link and try it
