Highlights for April 18:
1. The deewane give the cop Rs. 2000 but their pocket is picked and they lose the Rs. 4000. Rose and Ratiram ask them to return their money asap.
2. Rangila agrees to help them by introducing them to a money lender.
3. The deewane borrow money from Chuttan at 50%(pachas taka) interest and return Ratiram's and Rose's money. They initially think taka is Bangladeshi currency till Rasik corrects them.
4. Sujata makes delicious gajar ka halwa and sends Urmi with the halwa to Sandeep. Urmi wants to know how will Sandeep address her after marriage. They have their usual cute fight.
5. Chuttan comes to the mohalla and threatens everyone to return his money. Ratiram realizes to return his money the boys had borrowed money from goondas.
Highlights for April 19:
1. Chuttan's boss Baldev Rana visits Colnelgunj. Seeing the unity between the velle he is reminded of his younger days and lets them off.
2. Rasik wants to put Urmi's profile on a matrimonial website(with Sandeep's help). Sujata advises Urmi to do what her her father says for now.
3. Sukka tells Pammi that Sujata has agreed to get Sandeep and Urmi married but Sujata shouldnt know that Pammi knows about this.
4. He asks Pammi to counter the rumours she had earlier spread so that Rasik doesnt know about Sandeep and Urmi through someone else. Pammi agrees and does her job.
5. Mahua tells the women that Sujata had approached Gayatri for another rishta. Pammi is stunned and wonders if Sujata is playing a double game or Sukka lied to her to get his work done.
7. Pammi visits Sujata and congratulates her on Sandeep and Urmi. Sujata at first is angry with Pammi but cools down when she hears that she has helped quench the rumours about Sandeep and Urmi. Pammi asks Sujata about the rishta she had approached Gayatri for in front of Urmi. Urmi is angry with her mom and Sujata is annoyed with Pammi for talking about it in front of Urmi and fights with Pammi.
8. Pammi threatens to tell Rasik and the mohalla about Urmi and Sandeep. Sujata tells her she is welcome to do so. After she goes Sujata is confident that Pammi wont tell anything to Rasik but Urmi is sure she will. Mother and daughter are worried now.
Update for April 18:
The deewane give the cop Rs. 2000. While going out of the police station they bump into a drunkard cum poet. Mushtaq is impressed with his poetry. 😆The deewane apologize to Ratiram. While returning the money they realize that their pocket had been picked by the drunkard. Ratiram is angrier and tells them to return the money by evening or...Rose also tells them to return her money. The deewane now are in big trouble. They wonder who will help them. They go to Rangila to borrow money on the pretext of opening a garage. Rangila asks them if they think he's a fool to believe them after they fooled Ratiram and Rose. The deewane tell him that they desperately need money and request him to lend the money. Rangila says he doesnt have that sort of money but knows someone who will lend them the money but he isnt a good sort of a guy.
Mushtaq and Hari go with Rangila to Chuttan's shop(a gift shop) and borrow Rs. 10000 from him. Chuttan lends them @ 50% interest(50 taka). Rangila thinks its too much but the two readily agree. With money in their hands Hari wants to buy a purse for Urmi but Mushtaq stops him. Rangila asks them to return the money on time and be careful of Chuttan as he is very dangerous. Rangila himself wont be around as he is going to his village.(Looks like another character will lose his portkey to CG) The four return Ratiram's and Rose's money(but steal Ratiram's samosas). The deewane wonder what is 50 taka. Mushtaq thinks its the Bangladeshi currency and so he isnt worried as its value is less than Indian currency. So that means they need to give about Rs. 50 interest. But Hari thinks 50 taka is something else. The deewane decide to clear their doubt by asking Rasik. Rasik tells them that 50 taka means 50 percent so on Rs. 10000 the interest would be Rs. 5000. The deewane start fainting on hearing this.
Sujata has prepared gajar ka halwa. Urmi asks what is special. Sujata says cant she prepare gajar ka halwa minus any special occasion. Urmi says her smile says another story. Sujata says that she is feeling relieved after speaking to Sandeep and Bauji but she is worried about Rasik. Urmi asks her not worry and trust god. Sujata says Urmi has really talking like a mature girl. She asks Urmi to taste the halwa. Urmi tastes it and says that the halwa is just like Sujata...very sweet. Sujata asks her to stop buttering her and asks her to take the halwa to Sandeep. (Oh! Damad ke liye banaya hain. 😉 )Urmi blushes😳 but Sujata makes her go. (Awww! What a mom👏 🤗)At Sandeep's house Urmi is happy that Sujata has agreed and feels that Rasik too will agree in the same manner. Sandeep asks and what if Rasik doesnt agree. Urmi has Plan B for that. Sandeep asks what...another guy? Urmi says they will elope. Sandeep asks her to have some shame now that Sujata has agreed. Urmi says in that case they will elope and take Sujata along. Sandeep says then his photo will come in the front page as the first man who ran away with his wife and mother-in-law. Urmi asks him to repeat that...the wife part. She says it sounds so nice to hear him calling her his wife. He says if her father knows about them from the mohalla then then instead of calling her patni his pitne ke chances are more. She asks him how will he address her after marriage. He says first let us get married. She says think positive. He says since her name isnt Madhuri Dixit or Aishwarya Rai he will obviously address her as Urmi. Urmi says no...he will address her as 'Aji sunti ho'. Sandeep asks her to get her DOB checked. She is definitely from the 50s. He has another idea...he will address her as Guptaji addresses Gayatri. 'Naresh ki amma'. Urmi says no...they will not keep their child's name Naresh...there should not be two Naresh's in one mohalla. Sandeep gives her an exasperated look. 🤔
Chuttan comes to the mohalla looking for Hari and Mushtaq. Seeing him they hide in Mushtaq's shop. Chuttan starts threatening the mohalla folks and asks for the two boys and wants them to return his Rs. 15,000. The mohalla folks(Sukka, Naresh, Saurabh and Ratiram included) have a good laugh as to who would have borrowed so much money from Chuttan. Now Chuttan gets angrier and starts getting physical and grabs Ratiram's collar and threatens the mohalla. Mushtaq and Hari wonder where are the other two and feel bad that because of them there is so much of hungama in the mohalla. Chuttan goes but promises to be back. The mohalla folks wonder who would have borrowed money from a goonda. The two come out looking guilty. Ratiram sees them and realizes they had borrowed the money from a goonda to return his money.
Update for April 19:
All the velle get slapped by their respective fathers. Hari is relieved that his father is on tour but Ratiram hears this and does the honors. Chuttan's boss Baldev Rana a big mafia don comes to CG to take his money. Chuttan points out to Hari and says he had come to borrow the money. Baldev asks for the second boy and Rahul comes out. Then Jugle and then Mushtaq come out too. Rana is touched to see the unity between the boys.👏 Chuttan wants to pull the trigger on all of them but Baldev scolds him and praises the velle. They remind him of his younger days. He asks them why did they want the money and they tell him the whole story. Rana says now he will extract his money from the cop and lets them go. In fact he tells them that if they want money they must come to him. 😲But they must promise him that they wont lie to their parents because that is what he had done and Ballu a simple STD booth operator became a don. Everyone is relieved and hugs are exchanged.🤗(Sandeep didnt look very happy...I wonder why?)
Rasik, Sujata and Urmi are having their meal. Rasik talks about how their family friend's daughter Anamika got a US based guy thru a matrimonial website. He too wants to post Urmi's profile on the website with Sandeep's help and asks Urmi to prepare her profile and give him. Urmi tries to disagree but Rasik doesnt listen to her but tells her he will get her married to the guy of her choice only. Sujata advices Urmi to do as her father wants for now. Meanwhile Sukka tells Pammi that Sujata has agreed to Sandeep-Urmi relationship. Pammi is surprised and still unable to digest it. Sukka says no one should know that he told her that Sujata has agreed especially Sujata. Pammi asks him if he thinks she is Sujata's enemy. Sukka says she is Sujata's friend and so she can help Sujata by quelling the rumours about Sandeep-Urmi.👏 👍🏼Rasik shouldnt come to know about Sandeep-Urmi from someone else in the mohalla. Pammi agrees since she is an expert in spreading rumours and counter rumours.
The mohalla women have a gossip session. They wonder why isnt Sujata joining them lately and feel its because she is embarrassed about Sandeep-Urmi. Pammi says that she thinks there is nothing between the two. They ask her then why was she talking like that earlier? Pammi says earlier she thought so but later thought that whatever happened was due to bhang and there is nothing. The mohalla women are getting convinced now. Mahua agrees with Pammi...she says that if there was something why would Sujata approach Gayatri for a rishta for Urmi? Pammi is surprised. She wonders if Sujata is playing a double game or Sukka lied to her to get his work done.
Sukka and Saurabh are sitting in Ratiram's cafe discussing Sandeep-Urmi. Saurabh wants to go and talk to Rasik about them as he feels its a good news and Rasik needs to be told asap. Sukka says what if there is no truth in it? Then Sandeep-Urmi will boycott him socially and so will the mohalla. Saurabh doesnt like the idea of being socially boycotted. But Rasik comes there and starts insisting that Saurabh complete want to tell him. These days everyone in the mohalla is coming and congratulating him and going away without completing what they wanted to say. Saurabh says he congratulated him as Urmi passed her exam in First division. Rasik is surprised as Urmi's results had come 6 months back so why is Saurabh congratulating now? Saurabh now acting emotional and says Urmi had passed for the whole year so he can congratulate her any time during the year since he had forgotten to congratulate her then. Rasik goes away. Sukka is relieved that one person is handled and but tells Saurabh that he overacted...hearing this Saurabh starts overacting again. Pammi is angry with Sukka and again locked herself in the room. Sukka says he never lied to her and is irritated with Sandeep for only telling half-truths.
Pammi goes to Sujata's house to visit her. Sujata is angry with Pammi for spreading rumours about Sandeep-Urmi. Pammi says now she has helped quell the rumours too. Sujata is happy and they make up. Urmi comes there and Pammi congratulates her. But she asks Sujata why did she go to Gayatri for Urmi's rishta? Urmi is surprised that her mom did so. Sujata tells Urmi that was before. She is angry with Pammi for saying this in front of Urmi. Pammi says why is she blaming her when she hid things from her daughter. Sujata tells her not to tell her what to speak and what not to speak to her daughter. Pammi and Sujata have a fight and finally Pammi tells Sujata that she will tell Rasik and the mohalla about Sandeep-Urmi. Sujata says she is welcome to do so. Pammi leaves. Urmi is worried but Sujata tells her that Pammi wont say anything to Rasik. But Urmi feels she will. Now both Sujata and Urmi are worried.
