In my view the story writer for kolangal has made a great mistake, by allowing an ex-junior-staff (aarthi) who temporarily covers up the functions of the managing director for two months, to make policy change decisions like (a)converting the company into INC status and also (b)changing major suppliers.
Which company on this planet allows a temporary staff to make major policy decisions likr Aarthi does? Poor Aarthi looks like a joker, when she over rules and chase the business partner Thols out of her room, who has actually the authority to perform policy changes, if acted for Abi.
Temporary staff can only perform routine functions, I repeat "the routine tasks" till the M.D returns after vaccation. I hope someone experienced in this aspect would agree with my views. I feel kind of viwers of this drama have been made kind of a illiterate people, by not focusing on such simple but very sensitive matter. I wish Thols respond in some form to Aarthi telling that she can only look after routine tasks, while her observations to change the company policies are WELCOME but could be written down for the actual managing director to read and take action after a B.O.D MEETING, after her return from the training in the usa. Can you convert into an INCORPORATE COMPANY without the B.O.D approval? This whole thing I wish and expect Thols to tell Aarthi during one of these next few episodes.
