Now that Sujatha knows about these two, how will she take it forward.. please write a scene.

Sujata takes Urmi's hand and puts it on her head..and says.."Urmi mere sar par haath rakh kar bol………kya tu aur Sandeep….." she doesn't finish the sentence, but is holding Urmi's hand on her head…Urmi can't say anything..she nods almost imperceptibly…and then can't meet Sujata's eyes..Sujata is shocked..angry..She lets go of Urmi's hand..shakes her head..

 

She's thinking "itna hua aur mujhe kuch pata nahi chala, maine kuch mehsoos bhi nahi kiya..Didi ne sahi baat kehdi, maine apni beti ko bahut azaadi di..bahut bharosa kiya, main to soch bhi nahi saktithi ke Urmi mere vishwas ka faida uthayegi"

 

…Aur Sandeep? Urmi se badhkar uspe barosa tha.. usne to har baar hamara saath diya, kaar mushkil mein saab uske paas hi jata hai. Itna samajdari thi usme, saab haalat ko sambhaalne ki umeed karte hai usse hum saab. Urmi bhi Sandeep se haar bat karti rahi..bemaar hoti thi to Sandeep ko bulana padta tha. Jab Akilesh ne mandir mein Urmi ke saath wo beizzati ki, to Sandeep ne usse yaha se bhagayatha..Urmi jab hospital mein thi tab bhi who Sandeep ko bula rahi thi..Urmi ne to bahut pehle se saab kaam Sandeep se kehkar  kiya hai."

 

Suddenly she stops. Looks at Urmi who's stood there with her head down, tears streaming down her face. Sujata sees flashbacks..she remembers Sandeep telling Akilesh & his parents how Urmi doesn't know anything, no cooking sewing etc but having known her from childhood he knows she has never hurt anyone's heart..how she respects everyone. She remembers Sandeep bhagao'ing Akilesh after he refused to marry Urmi..how Urmi was sobbing..and then sees Urmi running to Sandeep and Sandeep consoling her…the scene cuts to the hospital when Sandeep got there after the operation..how heraan he looked…how worried he was about Urmi..and how Urmi had been asking for him repeatedly..she remembers Urmi's birthday where Urmi refused to cut the cake until  Sandeep showed up..and Diwali when Urmi had gone to Sandeep's to light up the house with diyas.. and how she went straight there with the pooja thali

 

And suddenly Sujata gets it. She thinks "Urmi to kabse Sandeep ko chahtihai..usne to bahut pehle se Sandeep ko apne dil me bitha diya hai. Maine socha tha ke wo Urmi ka bachpana tha… wo bachpana pyar mein kabh badla pata bhi nahi chala. Is liye urmi muh latka ke phir rahithi jab Sandeep ki sagai ki baat chali thi." And she flashbacks to the day after the confession when Urmi is happier than happy…and she thinks " Sandeep ki sagai toot gayi thi..tab bhi Urmi gusse me thi..lekin Republic day ke bad Urmi kitni kush thi..kahi aisa to nahi ke Sandeep ne khud sagai todi ho? Kahi Urmi sagai tootne ki vaja to nahi? Pata lagana padega mujko."

 

She looks at Urmi, who's still crying..but now she's looking at Sujata, pleading with her silently..Sujata says "Urmi, yeh saab thik nahi hua. Aisa nahi hona chahiyetha. Tumhare papa..usko me kaise yeh saab bataungi?" Urmi says "mummy.." and before she can finish, Rasik comes in, and starts talking about how "uske pet me haathi dod rahe hai, kana lagado.."

Sujata says " Urmi, tumhare papa ko khana lagado. Main abhi aiyi". And walks out. Rasik is staring after her.."Sujata..tum kaha ja rahi ho? Sujata…" but Sujata is already gone. Urmi is worried..Rasik is clueless, mutttering "aaj kaal saab ko ho kya gaya hai? Pehle market me bhejdiya..phir khud chaligayi, bataya bhi nahi..koi mujhe kuch nati batata..Urmi, jaldi kar. Mane bhuk lagi chche. Tari mummy ne kabarnayi shu thayu chche…"

 

Sujata goes to Sandeep's. Door is open, she walks in. Sandeep is sat at the computer..he jumps out of his seat as soon as she walks in.."Aunty, aap yaha? Mujhe bulaya hota, main aajata"..Sujata doesn't let him finish his sentence, lifts her hand up and says "bas Sandeep. Bas. Aab to main jo sawal karu uska jawab de bas…. Tumhari sagai Vasudha ke saath kyun tooti?"

Sandeep goes red to the core…(he could barely tell Urmi, how is he going to tell her mother??) he realises that the time has come..takes a deep breath and says "kyunke mujhe tab ehsaas hua tha ke me shaadi kisi aur se nahi karpaunga."

Sujata says" kisi aur se? Kya matlab?" (like mother like daughter!)

Sandy "aunty..main jaanta hu ab mere baare me kya sochte honge..lekin main aapko kehna chahta hu ke mere aur Urmi ke bich mein koi aise baat nahi hui jisse hum ya aap sharminde honge. Pata bhi nahi chala kab mein Urmi se pyar karne laga. Lekin pyar karta hu. Maine socha tha ke babuji aapse aur Rasik uncle se baat kare, lekin Urmi…"

Sujata stops him again.." Sandeep, maine tujse yeh sawal nahi poochatha. Tu Urmi se pyar karta hai?"

Sandy - "ji"

Sujata - "Ek baat bata. Maine to hamesha sochatha ke tum bahut samajdar ho. Urmi to hai aisi, uska bachpana aap tak…lekin tumne ye nahi socha ke agar lok jo pata chalgaya, to kaisi bate hogi, log kya sochenge? Tumhare baare mein, Urmi ke baare mein..mere aur Urmi ke papa ke baare me? Kaisi baate sunni padegi humko? Yeh tumne thik nahi kiya Sandeep. Tumse ye umeed nahi thi."

Sandeep says, "Aunty..main jaanta hu jo hua wo nahi hona chahiyetha. Holi ki raat ke liye main bahut sharminda hu..saab galti meri thi…Sujata tries to interrupt, says, "Urmi ne mujhe bhaang ke baare me batadiya hai.." Sandeep listens, but says, "phir bhi galti meri thi. Mujhe aana chaiyetha aapke paas. Lekin jo hogaya usko to hum nahi badal sakta, jitna bhi chahe. Lekin ek aur baat hai jo nahi badlegi..mein Urmi se bahut pyar karta hu. Shaadi karna chahta hu. Babuji aanewale hai aap aur Rasik uncle se milne kal raat, mera rishta leke. Mujhe log ki koi parwa nahi, mujhe to bas aap aur Babuji ke ashirwaad chahiye..lekin main samajta hu ke log kya sochte honge, usko main sambhalunga. Main yeh bhi jaanta hu ke main ek anaath hu..kuch jyaada nahi hai mere paas..lekin main Urmi ko khush rakhunga..uske aankhon mein aason nahi aane doonga..aur aa bhi gaye to yakin se kehta hu ke wo khushi ke aasoon honge."

Sujata stands there looking at him..into his eyes..she sees his vulnerability..how scared he is of her reaction..but she can't give him an answer to the question she sees in his eyes. She asks "babuji ko pata tha?" Sandy nods yes. She looks at him again, she's lost in thought…she doesn't say anything more, just leaves…

Sandeep is stood in the middle of the room, wondering what just happened (whether it's the mother or the daughter, they both leave him confused)..

Scene from the epi where Urmi wanted to go to the mela with sandeep, but he refused because he was too busy and told Urmi to take Zoya instead.. In this scene, he didn't refuse. They agreed to meet there, urmi left earlier with Zoya (who was meeting Fazila there!)

 

Sandeep is sat under a tree, waiting for Urmi to get there. He's getting a little impatient, they were supposed to meet at 3 (forgive my ignorance here, are melas usually daytime or evening affairs? I'm going with late afternoon) and it's already 3.15…Sandeep's looking through the crowds…and then he sees her, she's still far away, looking around for him..He watches her search him out..she's getting worried because she can't see him..wondering if maybe he hasn't come.. he sees she's getting upset..gets up to go towards her but for some reason stops and waits. She gets closer, but suddenly a big crowd of people appears..Sandeep loses her..she's nowhere to be seen. He panicks, what happened? Where did she go? He gets frantic..panicky..he should have gone to her when he could see her. What now? What if he can't find her? What if she can't find him? He starts to push through the crowd, heading in the direction he last saw her. Suddenly, someone grabs his arm..he's angry..he needs to find her quickly but someone chooses now to stop him? Fuming, he turns around to see it's no-one else but her.."Sandeepji, kaha ja rahe the aap? Main to aapke pas aa rahi thi..bas thodi der hochuki aapko itne log me se dhoondne main."

"Urmi..maine socha..tujm thi..lekin phir dekhayi nahi thi…kuch hojata tumhe to? Tum na mili hoti to?..Dil ghabra gayatha"

"Sandeepji..main to aapki hi hu..aapse milna to meri kismet me likha hai bhagwan ne. Itne log hai phir bhi maine aap ko dhoondh liya..Aap bas dhikayi nahi dete lekin mujhe pata that ke aap yaha mera intezaar karte honge. Isliye maine aapni aankhon se nahi, aapne dil se aap ko dhoonda". She's looking deep in his eyes..she's lost..Sandeep is amazed at the depth of his feelings..What's happened to him (yahi to pyar hai, Sandeep babu!)

 

He takes Urmi's hand and starts to walk..Urmi is surprised..Sandeepji ne mera haath..yeh kya ho raha hai?He looks back at her, smiles warmly..and says "main wapas tumko khona nahi chahtha, isliye socha…" Urmi is on cloud 9..they start walking..

 

They stop to admire artifacts at the stalls, Urmi is looking at bangles..she doesn't try any on but Sandeep is watching her reaction to the different ones..and they walk on and there's a lady applying mehndi..Sandeep sits her down and the lady starts to put mehndi on Urmi's hands..Urmi is watching Sandeep, who is studying the woman as she applies the mehndi..and he looks up & sees Urmi watching him..he blushes (what's wrong with this, surely Urmi should be the one blushing?) and smiles…he'd been daydreaming himself about their wedding..would Urmi have his initials in her mehndi….Suddenly Urmi goes bright red too..she's just realised what he was thinking about..and she was imagining him trying to find his initials…😳they look at each other & again are lost….

Suddenly Sandeep says "main abhi aata hoon, ek call karna hai, thoda important hai. Main abhi aaya"..and before Urmi can say anything he's gone..Urmi can't do much as the lady is still applying her mehndi..she starts fuming.."kya zaroori kaam aagaya? Thoda bhi waqt ke liye wo uska kaam nahi bhulpaya…."😡

 

Sandeep's back in a few minutes..by which time the mehndi's done..they start walking, Sandeep is admiring the mehndi but Urmi's still sulking..not saying much in response..they stop for some pani puri…Urmi's hands are out of use so Sandeep feeds her..again, lost in her eyes…Urmi melts..😉

 

They carry on walking around, there's a stall with decorations for the house..and Urmi picks out a toran and says "Sandeepji, yeh hamare ghar me accha lagega na?" and then she realised what she said…Hamare ghar..Sandeep looks at her and asks the guy "kitne ka?" and hands over the money straight away..Urmi says "Sandeepji main to bus aise hi baate kartithi, aapne to karidliya?" "Urmi, hamare ghar ke baare ki baat hai,  tumhe jo achcha lage main wo cheez rakhna chahtha hu. Saach to yeh hai ke jab se tumne hi mera ghar ko sajayahai, pehle diye se aur ab tumhari khud ki roshni se…" "Kya baat hai Sandeepji, aaj aap filmi banchuke?" "Nahi Urmi, main to aisa hi tha. Lekin aaj tak koi tha hi nahi jise main aisi baat karta..haar koi mujhe uski dil ki baat batate the, koi meri dil ki baat sunnewala tha hi nahi. Aaj tum milgayi ho to maine socha tumko yeh baate batadu"

 

Saying this, he hands a package to her (daydream license, the mehndi'd hands are now irrelevant..it's not a blooper!) "Ye kya hai Sandeepbabu?" "Khol kar dekhlo…" She opens it to find bangles..the ones she had most admired…he'd understood without her saying anything. She's so happy..a tear rolls down her face…Sandeep wipes it off.."Tum ro rahi ho? Maine to socha tha ke tum khush hogi.." She says "Aaj main bahut khush hu Sandeep babu. Aap nahi jaante main kitni khush hu. Maine yeh sab sunne ke liye kitne saal intezar kiya…aur aaj aisa lag raha hai jaise ye koi sapna hai..lekin yeh to mere sapne se bhi badkar hai" Sandeep brings her close to him…hugs her tightly..he's also crying tears of happiness…😳

Imagine that Sujata and Rasik agree to the Sandeep and Urmi wedding. The whole mohalla is informed about this including the 4 deewane. Write a scene where the 4 deewane confront Urmi and tell her about their feelings..

 

The four are sat in a corner away from everyone else. They are shocked…every so often once says Urmi..they look up at each other and shake their heads & look down again… Then Jugle says.."Sandeep bhaisaab..kamaak kardi usne. Nahi, yeh to Daddyji ki galti hai, usne meri baat ki hoti to aaj meri aur Urmi ki shaadi ki baate chalti hoti..Yeh Daddyji bhi…main to uska beta hu…mera kya hoga…"

Hari speaks up.."mujhe lagta hai humko urmi ke saath baat karni chahiye, ho sakta ha ke hamari baat sunkar wo aapna faisla badal le"..Rahul pipes up "hamari baat sunkar Urmi faisla badlegi kya? Sandeepbhaisaab ke saath shaadi nahi karegi? Betelal, hamari baaton mein wo nahi aayegi" Jugle gets up and says "wo meri baat sunegi" and walks off to find Urmi..the others follow.

 

Urmi is coming down the stairs from Sandeeps house..Jugle calls out to her "Urmi, tumse ek baat karni thi" .."Jugle, mujse bhi tumse ek baat karni hai…tum pehle" "Nahi Urmi, tum apni baat batao pehle" "thik hai..main hi batau...tum mere itne acche dost ho…aaj to bhagwan ne mujhe saab dediya, tum jaise acche dost aur Sandeepji jaise..jaise…" and she blushes, unable to finish the sentence. Jugle says "main tumhara accha dost hu?" "Aur nahi to kya..tum 4 mere dost ho, lekin Jugle, tum saab se badhkar ho…" Jugle's up there on cloud 9…Urmi thinks he's the best…

 

Urmi pats Jugle's cheek..smiles and walks away Jugle stands right there, hand on cheek…still up on cloud 9…the other 3 come closer to him "Sab se accha dost…, Jugle, tu to dost hi rehgaya…" they laugh..Urmi comes back, like she's forgotten to say something..Hari starts.. "Urmi..to ye baat sacch hai, tum aur Sandeep bhaisaab…" "Hari, tum sachmuch bahut intelligent ho..Ha, meri shaadi de hochuki hai Sandeepbabu ke saath"…Hari's thinking..she called me intelligent..Rahul wants to get a word in.. "Lekin Urmi, shaadi ki baat itni jaldi?" "Rahul, tum to in saab se badkar samajdhar ho..tumko to pata hai ke shubh baat mein deri nahi honi chahiye…" Rahul is thinking, she called me samajdar..ha, betelal, tum samajdar to ho…Mushtaq doesn't want to lose his chance either,, "par Urmi, tumne Zoya se ye saab baate ki?"  "Mushtaq..Zoya to meri sabse acchi saheli hai, uske saath maine saab baat karli…aur tum to meri saab se nazdik saheli ke bhaijaan ho..to mere bhi…kitni fikar karte ho meri..tum 4 mera itna khayal rakhte ho..main to bahut khushkismat hu ke tum jaise dost mile ho"

All 4 are lost in their own worlds… Urmi turns around to find Sandeep has been stood there listening to all this..he's got a smirk on his face, he knows Urmi just put all 4 in their place… but as soon as he looks into Urmi's eyes the smirk is gone..replaced by love..they are lost in each others eyes. 😳

 

The 4 come back to this world..see how Urmi & Sandeep are locked in each others eyes..they don't have the courage to say anything. Sandeep suddenly realises he's "beech mohalla" and says to Urmi.."tum chalo, thoda kaam tha"..and they both go up to Sandeeps..the 4 are left standing there, silently.

 

Hari says to Jugle " kyu? Tumne to kaha tha ke Urmi tumhari baat sunnegi? Kya hua?" Jugle replies.. "baat to suni usne…lekin main nahi kehpaya..tumne dekha nahi, wo dono kaise dekhrahte ek doosre ko? Ha, Urmi se sabse zyaada pyaar main karta hoon lekin Urmi saabse zyaada pyaar Sandeep bhaisaab ko karti hai…kya bolta main? Sandeep bhaisaab usko mujse zyaada khush rakhega…"  he's got a tear running down his face..Rahul says " ha, yeh baat bilkul saach hai…pyaar mein qurbani bhi dehne padti hai…aur yeh hamari qurbani hai, Urmi ki khushio ke liye"…the 4 are all nodding..and crying..and hugging each other… 🥺

Write a FF on how sandy would have proposed to urmi if sujata aunty hadnt landed up at his doorstep with jaisheel's picture after diwali.

 

It's very early in the morning, Urmi is sitting on the swing thinking about last night and how she didn't have the courage to tell Sandeep about her feelings. She's thinking about how he told her that without her & Babuji he's incomplete..what did he mean? Was he trying to tell her something? Usne kaha tha ke wo mujse baat karna chahta hai..phir usne aise kehdiya..wo kya kehna chahtethe?

 

She decides not to wait, she goes straight to his house. She knocks on the door..and again..and again. 😆 "Arre aata hoon!! Itne subah kaun itna zor se darwaza tod raha hai"..bang on the door again.. "kaha na aata hoon!"

 

He opens the door..it's obvious he was fast asleep, his hair is all over the place and his eyes are barely open..kaal raat ka nasha abhi bhi chada hai..sapne dekhte te neend mein..sapna toota 😉 gusse main hai!

 

"Urmi? Tum? Kya hua? Koi problem hai? Sujata Aunty aur Rasik uncle ko kuch hua?"

"Nahi"

"To tumhe kuch hua? Bolo na, kya baat hai?"

"Aapse baat karni thi, to socha isse behter waqt..."

"Baat karni thi? Pagal ho kya? Time dekha hai? Aab to subah bhi thik se nahi hua aur tumhare naakhre to shuru hogaye. Thoda intezar nahi karsakti thi tum?"

"Intezaar se alawa maine kiya kya hai? Kitna intezaar karwaoge Sandeep babu? Jab bhi baat karne ja rahe ho to koi na koi aajata hai..ya phir aap kehdete hai "baad mein".. Maine socha itni subaah koi aur aapko disturb nahi karega..aur aaj mein baat sunkar jaoongi. To karye. Kal raat aap kuch batane ja rahe the. Bataye."

"Mujhe baat karni thi? Kaal raat to tum mujhe kuch kehna chahtithi..to phir tum hi aapni baat kardo na? "

"Nahi. Is bar aapko baat karni hogi. Main to kab se aapse baat karti aayi hun..is waqt aap baat kijiye"

"Uf Urmi..itni subah tum yeh saab baate karne lagi ho..aab tak to mehne chai phi nahi pi aur tum to saab serious baate leke chali..chalo, tum chai banao main abhi aataho..aur ha, is baar chai mein mirch nahi dalna warna aaj koi baate nahi hoongi.."

"Sandeep babu.." but he's already walked into the other room.

 

"Chai banao..kaam par lagadiya, baat bhi nahi kari..bas yeh to mujhe intezaar hi karwayega"...she's muttering to herself as she makes tea. She pours a cup for Sandeep just as he comes back out.

"Lo. Aapki chai. Aab bataiye."

"chai to pilenedo. Tumhari chai kaha?"

"mujhe nai pine chai bai..baat kijiye aap". Sandeep smirks a little and shakes his head, goes and gets another cup and pours half his tea into it & passes it to Urmi.

 

"Kal raat maza aiya tha na, saab ke saath Diwali jo manayi.."

"Sandeepbabu, mujhe aap ke saath Diwali ki baat nahi karni. Aapne kal raat kiya ke aap mere aur babuji ke bina adhure ho. Iska meaning?"

"Meaning matlab? Tum yeh baat samajhi nahi? Baat poori sunni to thi, isme confusion kaha se aaya? Tum yeh batao tum kis cheez ko le ke confuse ho aur me confusion clear kardunga."

 

Sandeep is sitting at his desk whilst saying all this. Urmi is stood in front of him, other side of the desk. She's getting agitated by Sandeep..and Sandeep by her. He knows he has to say something..bomb girake ka waqt aachuka..lekin kaise? Kaise batau main usko…ke main uske saath zindagi guzarna chahta hu? Then suddenly he gets a thought…

 

"Urmi, aaj kya din hai?"

"Aaj Sunday hai..kyun?"

"Nahi, yeh to mujhe pata hai ke aaj Sunday hai..lekin din kya hai?"

"Sandeep babu, aap thik se baat kijiye. Mujhe ye aapki khumake phirake baat karne ki aadat bilkut pasand nahi…"

"Urmi, main ghumake phirake baat nahi kar raha hu. Kal Diwali thi, na?"

"Ha, to?"

"To phir aaj se lehker naya saal shuru hota hai na?"

"Ha, who to main bhul gayee thi. Naya saal mubarak Sandeepbabu"

"Naya saal mubarak Urmi. Pata hai, kehte hai jo aaj hota ha wo pura saal bhi hota hai..is liye saab ko milne jaate hai, mooh mitha karte hain,pyaar se baat karte hai, shubh kaam bhi aaj karte hai.."

 

Urmi's thinking..aek aur shubh kaam kardo na Sandeep babu..bas aab mujhe intezaar nahi hota…

"Urmi, tumhari chai acchi bani hai..aaj jaisi banayi hai aisi har roz banaogi subhe subhe?"

 

Urmi's confused.. "Kya? Yeh aap kya keh rahe ho Sandeep babu?"

 

"Urmi, tum bhi na, kuch bhi nai samajti. Kuch baate aisi hoti jo bina kahe samajni chahiye…Chalo, main samjhata hu. Jab aaj saab se pehle tumhara chehra dekha is tara saari zindagi main tumhara chehra dekh ke apna din shuru karna chahta hu..tumhari haatho ki banayi hui chai pina chahtahu.Kaha na, jo aaj hota hai wo pura saal hota hai..lekin main to agle saal ki nahi, puri zindagi ki baat kar raha hu..tumhare saath aapni zindagi bitana chahtahu.."😳

 

Sandeep's got up and walked over to Urmi by now..keeping his eyes locked into hers throughout..Urmi is stunned, speechless..

"Sandeep babu..yeh such hai? Mazaak to nahi?"

"Urmi, aaj ke din main tumse koi mazaak nahi karunga. Yeh bilkul saach hai"

"Sandeepbabu…main to kab se yeh sunne ke liye mari ja rahi thi…aur aap bhi..har kam main derhi kardete ho…" but before she can finish the sentence Sandeep is hugging her, holding her tight..

 

😳😳

wow! i simply love the sujata-sandy and the dream date scene. i wish they had shown some flashbacks of earlier incidents when sujata now looking back realizes that there were always signs she hadnt read.

Wow , lovee the 4dewanas story..... poor them.....pata nahi un ka kiys hoga???? 😳
