BHOOMI'S Variety of Brothers

Bhoomi = Nandini+ Ansh

half brother1. Ekalvya = Ansh+ Shraddha

half brother 2. new character = nandini + karan

??? brother Manthan= Karan +Tanya

Can some one please clarify how Manthan is related to her, there is no biological or step connection too, is there??

Effectively she and one of her half brothers have the same mother and the other from the same father.

All in all

Karan fathered 2 children form 2 different women

Nandini mothered 2 children from 2 different men

Ansh fathered 2 children from 2 different women

Tanya and Shraddha mothered 1 child each

OMG my Pea sized Brain can't take these complications 😉

bhoomi is like karan daughter .... so she is manthan step sister (karan adopted her)
tanya treat bhoomi as her daughter so she is manthan sister
Nandini will marry karan ... so she is manthan step mother so he is related to Bhoomi

And manthan and bhoomi Have the love of sister brother...because i think that drom her 3 brosss she is more near to manthan (yeah she didn't meat KN son yet but i think she will remain manthan close sister ... eventhought i think she will give some more importance to aditya)

i think bhoomi as elder child of karan, she is love & care more about her youngs bothers, leagel bhoomi is karan daughter & he is the one who rasie her & take care of her since she was in her mother tummy & bhoomi care about karan more than anyone els i think bhoomi i more like karan, she is karan shadow
