Who is Vasanti?

Can anybody tell me who is she? Did they introduce characters like Bhagirathi,Raghunath & Balchandra? Who are they?

Vasanti (I think Mahadeo's brother wife..)

Parvati- Mahadeo
Vasanti-her husband
Sopan-Indu.
Vans
Dinu

Bhagirathi is mahadev's sis.. i mean vans... & Balchandra is her husband. dont know abt raghunath....
