Insomnia

My friend just can't sleep.

She can nod off on the sofa for a few hours while watching tv. But she can't just go to bed and go to sleep. It's driving me insane.

She has had sleeping tablets and obviously don't want to end up spending her life sleeping on the sofa.😕😛

Any ideas?

This is unusual...sleeping tablets should work! Has she seen the doctor yet? OR try searching Insomnia on google and you might see whats causing it....

Is she worried about something such as exams or anything else? Because when i have exams, i usually can't sleep the night before!
