Is Champrash gud 4 growin taller?

I have Chamanprash when i have milk?..does it help in growing taller?....does it have 2 many calories?

What's champrash? 😕 I only know what chyawanprash is. But I think those are 2 different things.

Is this what you are talking about cheri?
If you are then it is good for your health, but I am not sure about calories. It's not going to make you fat for sure. 😊
