thanks Maya, i knew u would know😉😆
i just googled Mona kapoor (boney's ex), and found this article..it says a lot about this triangle

'I had not failed - my relationship had!'

Tuesday, March 6, 2007 19:19 IST

Mona Kapoor talks on rising above a splintered marriage with producer Boney Kapoor and finding her own identity.

Dreams bite dust

I had an arranged marriage with Boney Kapoor. He was 10 years older to me. I was 19 when I married him. So I literally grew up with him. Ours was a 13-year-old marriage. So it came as a shock when I realised that my husband was in love with somebody else.

A second relationship was something that one had only read or heard about. But when it happened to me, at that very point my marriage was over. Respect, for me, is foremost. Love follows that. As we evolve, sometimes needs change. Boney too needed somebody else; not me. There was nothing left in the relationship to give it a chance because Sridevi was already with a child. Their rishta was kayam. That itself was a big statement for me to opt out.

Tiding torment

It was also a tough time for my son Arjun and daughter Anshula, who were both in school. The world is a cruel place. When you are going through bad times, they speculate about you and discuss you in their living room. So, in school, my children had to face torment from their classmates. But they became strong and learnt to face facts. What held us together was the thread of pain.

God spoke

My family including my father, my mother and sister was the greatest support. They told me, 'Whether you cry, lick your wounds, turn into a recluse or go to the Himalayas, we are with you!' The humiliation was painful because I was pitted against a heroine. I was made to feel lesser. Industry wives gave me suggestions like, 'Why don't you lose weight?' or 'Why don't you join a spa?' All this made me realise that I had to get up, dust myself and start walking all over again. I told my parents that I wanted to make my own identity. Also the advice that my friend Meena Goculdas' mother gave me became the gospel truth for me. She said, 'If somebody has no place in your life, then you can have no place for them in yours.' This was my aakashwani. I understood that I had not failed - my relationship had!

Future sisters

I took to TV production with my sister. We produced shows including 'Yug', 'Vilayati Babu', 'Hera Pheri' and 'Kaise Kahoon'. The goodwill that we created was tremendous. Later, we took it as a challenge to make a movie set, which had upmarket amenities for artistes. Today our company Future Studios is spread over 12 sets on 12 floors in two buildings.

Bitter? Never!

My children live with me but are close to their father too. They travel with him, dine with him. I have no animosity or hatred for the man. It would be cruel if I kept the children away from him because I cannot substitute him. I don't know how to think like a man. I want him to be happy. After all, I gave up my place so that he could be happy.

Love hamesha

I don't miss a man in my life. I have had some very beautiful relationships. One even lasted for four years. But I'm not interested in marriage. Because one tends to carry along emotional baggage, which the man may not always understand. Life's been like one rollercoaster where you shriek, throw up and even laugh. Today, I've no pain. My jholi is full.

That is the worst feeling. Why can't these cheating husbands at least tell their wife, the one with whom they took vows, before cheating on with others.
And then when women like Sundari Khan doesn't bother to visit her husband even once at the hospital, people question her. Why should she even care if Feroze Khan is serious. He cheated her his whole life.
Anil Kapoor is so witty. He said on Sajid's show that Boney ji aajkal devi ke chatrachaaya mein hain. Sridevi ke.😆😆

yup maya, that must have been the worse feeling and I also feel bad for her kids..it must have been hell going through school..
"So, in school, my children had to face torment from their classmates. But they became strong and learnt to face facts. What held us together was the thread of pain. "
and of course there are people who will find a fault in a poor woman who got cheated on and make these kinds of remarks
" was made to feel lesser. Industry wives gave me suggestions like, 'Why don't you lose weight?' or 'Why don't you join a spa?"
i guess this is why i never really liked sridevi, she could have got together with anyone but decided to start a family with a man who was already married. I am happy for Mona kapoor, she didn't just vanish like most ex-wives do. She started her company and is doing well by herself.
This must be a TIGHT SLAP for Boney who was almost going to get bankrupted if "No entry" wouldn't have happened, which btw was mostly supervised by his and Mona's son Arjun kapoor..another young director coming soon.😛

alright i found another article..it's kind a funny, title should have been
"Servants of ARjun Bunglow NOT happy with Sridevi stepping in there"
Read for yourself
Sridevi given a second chance with her in-laws
By Webmaster, 9 November, 2007
Sridevi given a second chance with her in-lawsArjun bungalow in Lokhandwala where Sridevi and Boney will move in soon
In-laws can become buddies for life and stay so, even if the marriage goes on the rocks. That's what happened with Mona Kapoor after her producer husband Boney Kapoor left her for Sridevi. Mona continues to share an excellent rapport with her former in-laws.

But now that she has started staying independently with her kids- Arjun and Anshula- in Juhu since the past few months, Boney's parents are ready to let Boney's second wife Sridevi move in with them.

Boney is going back to his parents house (Arjun bungalow in Lokhandwala, the house is named after Mona and Boney's son) with Sridevi and their two daughters- Jhanvi and Khushi. Not only that, Sridevi is even doing up the bungalow!

The work is in fast progress as the couple plans to shift to the bungalow in the next three months.

A source says, "Mona is doing very well for herself. Her new home in Juhu is done up very well. She started on a small scale in Goregaon East but now has two big units- Future Studio- in the same area. Despite the fact that she has moved out from Arjun bungalow, she maintains excellent relations with her in-laws."

Currently, Boney's parents are staying alone. Anil and Sunita Kapoor have been staying in Juhu since years. Last year, Sanjay Kapoor too moved out of the Lokhandwala bungalow with his wife Maheep.

Now, of course, the parents will have company.

"However, everyone is not happy with the fact that Sridevi will step in the Arjun bungalow. Some servants are not happy and are all ready to leave the place," the source adds.

When contacted, Mona simply says, "No comments."

Currently, Boney is staying with Sridevi and their two daughters in Juhu in a rented bungalow. Earlier, they were staying in a flat in Lokhandwala.

Whats so cute about this family? A family made by destroying another one? Nope, I don't see anything cute in this. This is why I dislike Sridevi, Hema Malini, Shilpa Shetty and the likes.
And Piya thanks for posting that article. I'm so glad Mona ex Kapoor has moved on and is doing so well. This is a slap on the face of that cheating lying ass. I wish more women would be like her, pick up the pieces, dump the moron and get into new relationships where you dictate what happens! Yay! Hoorray for her!! The feminist in me wants to give her a big fat hug!!!😛

Probably those trophy wives who have no work but flaunt their husband's money and go for regular surgeries.
Sridevi too looks like this because of tons of surgeries she did including lipo.
You go Mona!

Yep and for a change being vocal about it too. Hema Malini regrets her decision now as she has been alone her whole life. She once said that she would never allow her daughter to marry a much married man.
Shabana Azmi too said that the one thing she regrets is breaking the family because it is always hard on the kids.
Hope these men when they fall out of love at least have the guts to tell their wife instead of cheating and then later wife finding out from media. Also, don't flaunt your puppy love at least in front of your children. It is humiliating. Teenage years are anyways tougher. Why add to it?
