Amit shocks everyone with his well-toned body
Amit Varma has been busy these days doing the rounds of his gym. Those who haven't seen him in the recent past will be in for a shock as the man has lost 10 kgs in just two months. And that's not all, apart from burning those calories, he is busy building his muscles as well.
The daily exercise routine has helped him achieve his target and he thanks his trainer Ajay and his weight training sessions. "During the final wrapping up of Kittu I had gained weight and whenever I thought I'll put myself on a diet or take time for proper gym sessions it never happened. But now, not only have I lost weight but I've built some muscles too."
However, now Amit has put himself on a stringent diet and hits the gym five days a week. He is also contemplating Western dance classes since they are an excellent form of cardio vascular exercise for the body. Looks like Amit is all set to give the bollywood hunks a run for their money!
