On a serious note Deva when young wanted to be an IAS officer but due to lack of money for fees and books he couldnt be an IAS officer and so if he wins 2 crore rupees he wants to open an institute for the underpriviledged who cannot afford to buy books or pay fees and teach them and make them IAS officers.👏👏👏
