I don't know if any of you have seen Anuradh today on health program of Sony TV.
She give an opinion in regards of how to take care of your health and what are the important keys to have a good health and she added to be consistent on your exercise and drink lots of water, do yoga " she does it h/self" and try to think positive about yourself and have a self-reliance
