1This is an interesting, undesirable, development. Both sides claim they are only targeting Baluch militant groups on either side of the Pakistan-Iran border and both sides claim that the other is providing a safe haven to these Baluch militants in their territories.
Most likely it wouldn't come to a full scale war but, if it does, Pakistan's firepower is far superior to that of Iran. Pakistan is a top 10 global military power. Where it lacks in financials, it more than makes up for it in Manpower, airpower and land forces. Of course, we aren't even talking about the number of nuclear warheads it has.
Iran should tread carefully as it is dealing with a "loose cannon". You never try to corner someone who is pretty much broke and has nothing much to lose.

Looks like both agreed to hit each other's Baloch populations, thereby avoiding having to hit their own and incur any condemnation from UN or other world bodies
