the masked killer has also Dhanraj and Kairi if we go by previous storyline.  So why would Sonali mom Alka kill her nephew who had no fault  

Also when meera entered Chaudhary house during mehendi function, Alka was seen questioning her with dadi and stalker was keeping an eye on Imlie.  So it's not possible that Alka will be present at two places at same time

I think it’s Navya’s husband Tej Pratap Singh who killed Kunal to take revenge on him for stealing his property. He is after Meera as she witnessed the killing.

As soon as Mira's flashback showed the masked killer going after Kunal, I guessed what you guessed: Tej Pratap Singh wanted revenge after losing his sweets business.

The masked killer is a man posing as a caterer. We saw the unmasked man bleeding, followed by a flashback showing the masked killer getting cut by a glass shard from the window broken by Mira.

Dhanaraj was Alaka's son by Kunal. Grief for Dhanaraj is a motivation for Alaka's resentment of Gattu. Kunal, Dhanaraj, Sonali, and Gattu have taken turns running Annapurna's sweets business, while Manno, Govind, Karan, and Shivani have never been involved. Where - from which episode - are people getting the idea that Dhanaraj was the son of Govind and Rajani?

I too assumed Dhanraj is the son of Kunal and Alka. 

Why would Tej Pratap Singh stay away from his family? Why would he want to kill Imlie? Isnt Killer is someone looking for Kairi's and Dhanraj's son as well? Imlie is keeping him away and safe for a reason. Either the killer wants to harm the kid or get him back. 

I feel killer is after Imlie's brother.

Imlie's brother? The only brother figure in Imlie^3's life is Shankar, who hasn't been on screen for weeks.

Ashu is Imlie^3's and Gattu's nephew through their respective older siblings, Kairi and Dhanaraj.

We can follow the "reasoning" (for lack of a better word) that Tej Pratap Singh first went after Kunal over the business ... then went after the witness Mira ... then went after Imlie^3 because she witnessed him murdering whoever was on the cot where Imlie^3 thought he murdered Kākī Mā Mira ... then drove a truck for a head-on collision with Dhanaraj who was in charge of Chaudhary Sweets (in spite of being disowned by Annapurna?) ... then mischievously wrote at least one of the 2+ different suicide notes from Dhanaraj that Gattu kept ... and may now be after Ashu because he's Kunal's grandson.

Why is Gattu exempt from the killer's rampages? Will it be revealed that Tej Pratap Singh knows that Gattu is his own son, but Mira claimed to be pregnant by Kunal?

What doesn't make sense is that the Singh family, after losing their business and their breadwinner father, with one son earning a police officer's salary and the other son a student, has enough money to buy Chaudhary Sweets.
