More emphasis should be on their Childhood-Teenage Life before leap

During Gen1, Akshara and Naitik times - the leaps were quite meaningful and progressive e.g. first big 4-5 years leap during the time Naitik was in coma then second big 10 years leap when AK was thrown out. The story had a progress and focused on their maritial and children life. We got to see Naksh story from birth, to age 5 then as teenagers and then till Tara marriage and falling in love. We saw how their upbrining was and characters developed and changed throughout. Many years on show was spent just showing Naira and esp Naksh during chilldhood to teenager. It felt easier to connect to them in Gen2

However, when Gen3 started, neither we got to See Arohi nor AK has child much, months and years weren't spent. We directly saw them from babies to 8-9 years and sirat died and leap. It hard to connect to them in Gen3 - we don;t know how they were during childhood nor teenage years and how they lived with their other family memebrs without having parents

Gen2 - Naksh and Naira lived with ttheir entire family and had a bond with them. Even AK and Naitik died or when they were much older in 20s after spending enough time with their kids throughout their entire childhood.

But Gen3 were killed right at birth or 8-9 years without showing how their dynamics were or the stuggles AK Ahori faced with their parents while they were alive.

Now for Gen4, only Abhir spent quality time with NAV for 5-6 years and RUHI with Abhimanyu for the same duration. But thats not enough, once they are 20-25. They won't remember much of their life. Only after 9-10 years we tend to have more vivid memory and remmeber till later in life. Poor new NAV-AK kid won't get to meet him (Nav, hes dead), AK will probably die too during childbirth based on rumors and Abhimanyu is also gonna die

Yes, grandparents can raise but NO ONE CAN REPLACE PARENTS, they play a major role and if they're not there. LIFE IS Hard, They can't be the same with grandparents like they are with their parents. If it was Gen1, and Singania andd Mashawari raising their grandchildren, thats great, they're sensible and preogressive and understanding.

The kid will go mad with Goenka and Birla eldery members raising them

smiley37 That's why Gen 3 is wrapping up so soon na... No one connects with any of Kaira ke children, except for Kairav maybe. We saw him in his childhood as freaking annoying kid obsessed with papa and then replacing mummy, hence his ultimate goal Of Abhira reunion is relatable...

But Arohi? What is she upto? Does she just wanna get rid of Abhimanyu now? But Abhira wedding won't guarantee that... Because going by history, next divorce paper will be handed over to her sooner.smiley37

Jokes apart - Naitik and Akshara ki story was class apart... And yes, that's what we expect. That generation ruled television for 7-8 years without any over the top actions. Naira being jealous of Gayu and overcoming that, and Gayu being insecure of Naira... All that was so well executed track because their equation dated back from Naksh's era! Heck, I even enjoyed Kairav and Krishna ka insecurity wala track... But Abhir seemed soo out of place and it looks forced because of Manjiri. I don't know what's wrong with writers now. It doesn't look organic anymore. smiley19 and I don't think next generation ke children will also have huge and many tracks of their childhood. Both men are dead, and without any romantic angles makers don't know how to write story smiley36 unless they wanna introduce teesre indaan ke saath shaadi for Akshara... Or maybe if they introduce new man for Arohi and let her take center stage and sideline Akshara or separate MuKa and fine new bride for Kairav or reunite him if they wanna go with 'Legacy' trend. But anyways, I think makers for this generation do not think that broadly and their obsessed with Akshara and Abhira.

You know as a child, Naira was equally selfish and brat. Yet, she went on to become heroine of the next generation. Because even then her character was more relatable than over mahaan and confused soul like Akahara.

Exactly! Naira whole childhood was shown except when she went missing ~ nothing much was shown for Arohi and AK so it’s sort of hard to connect
