Ujjain is not a forward-thinking city. They needed to show progress in the family's mindset so they couldn't start off with such a progressive thought

kanti acknowledged that 'why did vivek masturbate? Because of lack of sex education' but he didn't acknowledge that 'how dare someone made a video of someone private moments in bathroom?' he only talked about sex education n masturbation but he didn't mention about this sexual harassment n cyber crime at all. He asks school n those farzi doctors for apology n compensation but he doesn't ask punishment for those students who made video of his son. He doesn't even try to find out that who made that video. It was the most important thing to get those students suspended permanently from school. Today they installed camera in boys washroom, tomorrow what if they install camera in girls washroom? That is much bigger problem than masturbation. In real life, especially parents of female students would've definitely asked school to suspend permanently those students who made that video. 

Yellow - i don't understand what do u mean by that. Even in the most backward place, making someone's private video will be highlighted much more than masturbation.
