Ranav (Shalin) is Pratham reincarnation?

Please correct me if I am wrong but from what I saw, it looks Pratham (Zayn) died and came back as Ashwat's son Ranav. So who is Ashwat's wife/ranav's mother?

And Bela is  Devlika's  (Shivangi) reincarnation?

Pratham and devlika died on the same day, so Ranav can't be devlika child, right ?

Till now they have not shown who is Ashwath's wife/ranav's mother is? May be they will show in upcoming episodes. 

Till now Ranav is only simple shy guy he has not became rakshas unlike his cousins brothers, it may happen be on his birthday he will get his true powers or true identity? 

Yes, Bela is Devlika's reincarnation. 

And yes Ranav is not devlika's child as she also died after she pushed pratham from sky lok to ground. 

Hopefully they will disclose this in coming episodes

Yes Ranav is dead...Pratham ka soul entered his body and now this is Pratham's body and new life...Bela in Devlekha's reincarnation yes...
