Kabir Singh in 2019 was the last outstanding album from BW

Brahmastra and Lal Singh Chadha had good songs, though, but they were not outstanding.

So it's been technically 4 years, and BW hasn't created a single outstanding album.

Sad times for music lovers, right?

Compare this to the 90's and early 2000's, when a single year had at least 5 excellent albums.

I call this the death of Bollywood music, and that's really, really a pity as BW is known for its music.

WTF is wrong? I don't get it.

Shershah had a great album.

Whatever one thinks of Marjavaan as a movie it had two incredibly beautiful songs in Tum Hi Aana and Thodi Jagah.

Kabir Singh was good cuz it was fresh. No Arijit overdose. Even Malang from 2020 had amazing music as well.

Since then it’s been horrible

Both Brahmastra and LSC weren't great albums. Don't even deserve a mention tbh. I think Shershah was the last one and before that Kabir Singh. Both very diverse and soulful albums.

Have to disagree, personally. Kabir Singh was a good album, but I no longer see myself going back to the whole album except for a couple of songs

LSC, Brahmastra are much more wholesome mainstream albums with a lot more repeat value

And Qala, Monica Oh My Darling are absolute gems from non-mainstream movies

Qala was really good too btw. One album from the r3cent times which stood out amongst the otherwise below average compositions.
