The episode begins where Ashish is muddled up with what Maitree asked for proof of Saransh's post mortal reports. 

Dr Bakshi sends the hospital bill at home, Ashish is shocked seeing the bill of 1 lakh & wonders how he will pay. 

Dinesh (Maitree's father) goes to the hospital and asks the post mortem staff if the reports of Saransh Tiwari is true? The ward boy says yes it is accurate. 

Ashish comes to the hospital and goes over to the receptionist ti pay the bill & the ward clerk says it has been paid by Vasundara. He sees Vasundara taking Nandani as well.
