Atharva sits at his date with Cheeni at the restaurant, with a glum face . He is disinterested as Cheeni appreciates his gifts for her .. bouquet of roses, expensive designer wrist watch, diamond ring. Cheeni is very impressed with the diamond ring and makes it very evident to Atharva how much material things n riches were her coveted things and she was not interested in feelings for Atharva.
Atharva remains lost in thoughts of Imlie and how Imlie was hurt while she planned meeting with Cheeni. He was hurt on account of Imlie and he makes it clear with Cheeni. Cheeni then feels jealous that Arto was thinking of Cheeni while sitting with her at a date. He asks her to clarify their stand with Imlie. Cheeni assures she will no more hurt Imli’s feelings.
At Rava villa Devika and Rupi along with Sunder and Arpita are waiting for AthLie return. Devika is very happy about AthLie first date, Rudra is worried as he knows reality of this date and Imli’s heart break . Shivani is as usual spouting poison. Devika reprimands her.
Soon all are excited as they hear the return of the youngsters, but all are shocked to see Cheeni with Atharva. Devika is confused but soon Imli makes her entry and makes an excuse. All want to know the details of their first date, atharva, Cheeni and Imli feels awkward .Rudra and Imlie share knowing sad looks.
Cheeni returns home jubilant n narrates to Imlie about her date , Imlie doesn’t want to know the details.
She just asks him to clear up the matter with Abhishek, he had rights to know she was moving on with Atharva and he must not be kept in the dark.
Later Cheeni serves the entire family milk shake with dates, all enjoy except Shivani and Cheeni.
Later Cheeni shows off to Keya all her expensive gifts that Arto gave her , Keya is impressed with the diamond ring and quotes double the price for acquiring it. Cheeni greedily accept double the amount n gets ready to have over the gift to Keya. Imlie catches them in the act and confronts Cheeni for selling Arto’s gift .Feelong cornered n caught Cheeni cooks up a story and cover up her folly . Keya is shocked as Cheeni refuses to part with the diamond ring , Keys comp,ains, frets n fumes and leaves the room . She goes n complains to Akash about missing out a clever deal to acquire a trendy diamond ring by fooling Cheeni .
Imli confronts Cheeni but she cooks up a story n makes Imli believe it .l

Cheeni is seen talking to Anu and discussing the plan to fool AthLie and win over Arto and thus enjoy the luxury of Arto’s wealth n properties . Imlie over hears her n gives her one tight slap. She refuses to allow Cheeni to take advantage of Atharva’s n Imlie’s goodness. She decides to reveal Arto Cheeni’s reality .
