Anupama- English subtitle issue

I am wondering any of you experience this issue - not being consistency in English Subtilte while paying this when hotstar moved to Hulu for Anupama show??? 

where is our right for accessibility access when we dont know any other language such as hindi???

I wasn't aware, I could use them. my Hindi is good in understanding but sometimes, I get confused when Anu gives her lectures. It would be nice to have it around.
