While I agree 100% with the advice of not taking things so seriously, I don't think it necessarily correlates to personal health. Personal health is far more complex. 

Again cardiac arrest. So many have heart diseases? Is it our diet?

I agree, I am not saying correlation is causation and not sure what other issues these ppl have 

of course personal health is individual based and one cannot generalize  and I have intention to trivalize anyones personal issues which I am unaware off 

just that one has to be mindful of the stress online engagement may cause
