I have a question regarding tmkoc production house?

If I am not wrong, tmkoc is by Neela films production- Asit Modi. Right? They are the producer of one of the iconic show of India, tmkoc which is running for last 14 years. Considering such a good record, why this production house has such a less show (what I found in wikipedia). And whatever other shows they have produced, why non of them are as hit as tmkoc.
