Raj Kundra transfers properties worth Rs. 38.5 crore to Shilpa Shetty

Raj has transferred the entire first floor of a building with five flats and their Juhu sea-facing bungalow to Shilpa. It is also said that the actress paid a duty of 1.9 crores on the transfer deed. Reportedly, the house is 5995 square feet and the transfer of property was valued at the current rate of Rs. 65,000 per sq ft.

It’s because so many times your bail money depends on your assets 

Why did he transfer it?

Is she still with him for love or money ? 

  Why transfer property suddenly ? Is something related to case 

Is it for tax purpose?

Don't know about India and even less about Maharashtra,  but in several countries assets that are on womens ownership/name are subject to lower taxes than what a male needs to pay for the same assets worth.

Or is it something seamy, something sordid related to the case. Perhaps she got it as a bargain for keeping a mum over his more incriminating secrets, or a temporary pittance he had paid for not having to part with a significant chunk of his wealth should she divorce him.

Whatever the reason, I wish they stick with each other for keeps as theirs is a match made in heaven -made for each other, made like each other..
