I don't think they are going to ruin it, but yes it a character that are going to make mistakes. Likely the reason they choose Kunal Karan Kapoor ji for it.
It about keeping the right balance all the time, because the character is a little dramatic in the sense when ever there is something, Sid is already talking about it "equal to dead". He is very passionate and impulsive. Conviction in your performance is important here.
How ever the story has been Kunal ji has been convincing in his performance and even if you deep down feel it going fast, watching the performance you are in the moment feeling it.
Hats of to him for pulling it off, because no one else would be able to do it. That for sure.
Imagine if all Sid scenes was portrayed by the actor Aditya (who had the role first) or for that matter Prathmesh.Then it would have been over the top. Both are great actors and brilliant in comedy but in small doses. In my opinion they overact at times. As Bala, Prathmesh is perfect. But as Sid, it has to be more natural performance and you should be able to relate....somehow....even in a comic scene.
When I am watching Sid I can point out traces I have seen in other people in my life and that what I believe is most important, that Kunalji manage to do.
Few people that intentionally are bashing the character, is not doing it because of the character, their is a whole different reason for that.
It ridiculous and rude to bash a character, because it a human being too. You are bashing people like Sid. You can criticize actions the character make, discuss and analyze, but bashing is wrong and that going to hurt the show. Same goes to who are bashing Monami.
So lets not call characters names that you would not like someone calling you. That the boundary I want to see in ZDMN fanbase and not like other fanbase where they bash the characters and actors too.
Just calm down, all 4 will get equal screen time (not sure why the last two haven't). Enjoy the show, the characters flaws, their mistakes and how they change as they learn and unlearn.
This post is not pointed on someone specific. Just in general what I have observe the last few weeks. Some believe bashing Sid will give MoRan or Karan more screen time. They are wrong and they are just harming the show by it.
