That's what I did during my 14 days covid quarantine ⭐️

Sleep well, movie, series watch karo, eat food when they are hot, drink lots of hot water especially, change your mask at intervals, take a vapour bath, eat cloves which will increase your oxygen rate. Check your oxygen and pulse levels using oximeter.

4 days back...

My sister is asymptomatic but I've mild headache and throat ache...

Kal toh bohot chills bhi feel ho rahe they,but much better today...
