Reasons:
1. They paid so much money to the artists that they could afford only 720p
2. Jitu Boro has never heard of HD.
3. They wanted to reach audience with slow net connections.
4. Music was the key part - the visuals are just for a feeling of sync.
5. Their YT licence only allows for 720p videos.
6. They were trying to upload the HD for 2 days but failed as they had weak net connection in outer Assam.
7. They wanted to draw attention to the fact that they are poor and need our support through views.
8 - 18: Others can fill in. I stopped at 7 because it is a 7 series production.
