Plastic surgeries are tricky but there are some successful examples like Shilpa Shetty, PC, Shruti Hasan etc.
I might be in the minority, but I find PC & Shilpa's to be very poorly done. Shruti while has a good one, I much preferred her crooked nose and thin lips, she looked so pretty!
