They cut a second cake after the one sent by the fans. This was the second cake sent by the SSP PH and Shashi & Sumeet along joined in with the celebrations.

Seriously? Mujhe toh piyu kal boli ki yehi log hai shashi and sumeet and inke insta se toh laga wohi honge.. because I have seen these people (The one in the 350th pic) in the YUDKBH celebration too.
