Re. bold : it was pre-Covid and pre-Idol (early 2020) but the movie released only in 2022 because of Covid. Not only composed but also sang. Along with Anandi Joshi, who is an established singer in Marathi music and also nominated for Best Playback - Female for another song.
And PD being PD, when he came to Zee Marathi for the promo along with the entire team, he sang (or probably agreed to sing) not his song but another song from the movie, in Marathi, while playing the Tabla - and while the original singer / composer was also on the stage, accompanying him on the octapad!

Yes, it is one of my favourite songs in my playlist of Arunita / Pawandeep / their duets.
In the album, look for Hi Anokhi Gaath. That is the one PD sang on stage.
Salim Merchant announces a collab with Arunita and Pawandeep, and this time it is in the place where we see PD's videos from. It is either his residence or Rupjit Das's Playhead Studio, I am not certain of that. But Salim Merchant calls it "their studio!"
