No, his character was told to have a heart attack again due to Shakti's demise, in today's episode, because he took an actual break from shoot due to his hospitalization when this episode was shot.
He will possibly now also be shown as deceased in further episodes as they will not try for a replacement anyway, because the show is ending too.

She was satisfied. Now she is arrested, but Pratigya promised that she will have her evicted on grounds of defensive homicide that she had to kill him to save Kirti.
As per next precap, she will return but Sumitra will not let her in.
