So analysis of the day. Since I feel we are at the halfway mark of a beautiful story I will make a thread on the symbolisms and another on concept of love from #RaghVi perspective #MehndiHaiRachneWaali
So first the symbolism thread. On a stormy night a woman Pallavi walks with in a white saree the world has given her. The color is white but the treatment given to that girl is nothing less than being given to a murderer
Across the road comes a mighty man Raghav Rao in a fancy car with a fancy woman. His car breaks down so as Pallavi ka chappal. A young girl comes into him with sindoor. He buys. Gives money to girl and throws sindoor with complete disdain
That sindoor colors Pallavi unawares so is the mud from his car wheels. She stands angry at the man who did this to her. The one who spoiled her
Raghav is unaware of the whole tamasha that he put colors on a girl. Becoz he brought only sindoor not Suhagan
Second part this time he decides to buy a suhagan. Becoz he needs a Suhagan Pallavi for his family to be together. And yes with money and power he succeeds to bring Pallavi to the marriage mandap
A desolate Pallavi sits in the mandap with open hair and no shringaar of a bride. Becoz she was not a bride. She had literally come to destroy him. Remember the marriage promo.Where Pallavi burns all Suhaag ke nishaan in sacred fire
Time goes and Pallavi slowly starts accepting she is a Suhagan. She knows her husband is a good man at β€. Today he stood in white and she stood in red. Just like bride and groom
He had knowingly brought a gift for her. A black gown. Symbolically a complete make over. She ties her hair and accept the gift. The tying of hair was so cute. Because bride hair is always tied
Now the woman who comes out after the change is symbolically a dark force. She has no marriage symbols. Her hair is untied. And as he touches this dark force everything get stuck
Sending him to near death. His white covered in blood. The price of his love. The dark gown actually symbolizes how the society sees Pallu. A real witch, a bad omen the way Mansi ,Kirti tells
Now we need the last part. Him proving to the world she is no dark force. White is her identity. She is pure. This happens in front of the world. And she comes down to get colored by him publicly. Just like that party symbolism
I just want to conclude. #MehndiHaiRachneWaali is aisi ek kahani jismein raja aur rani akhir mil jaaye aur ho jaaye ek duje ke sang #RaghVi
