This is more of gadar and less of border.. 

... Ironically when you insert so many heavy duty desh prem dialogues, the movie just doesn't touch your heart.. It looks so manufactured.. 

For some reason i found nora as an actor hilarious 

It looks so bad but it definitely has an audience, a vast audience. The YT comments show why these movies are made.
