Almost an hour later, Riddhima's eyes opened fluttering. The bright white lights in the guestroom almost made her feel blind. 

A soft hand grazed her hairs. Groaning, she tried to sit up, and when she did, her eyes meet with a pair of worried eyes.

"What was the reason to leave, beta? Do you know how tensed Vansh was?"

Dadi's motherly voice was nothing compared to the dizziness she was experiencing.

"What will I do here? My work is done."

She mumbled.

"If you would stay, you would have gotten the answer. "

Riddhima felt something gently hit her fingers. 

"Have this lemon water."

Without even trying to open her eyes, she held the glass with both of her hands, and slowly drank it.

"You shouldn't have done this."

Siya stated, hearing what her brother did to bring Riddhima here.

"What else was I supposed to do?" An angry Vansh replied, holding the bottle of alcohol tightly.

"You could have made her understand. Convince her somehow." She said. "Bodyguards and all those things weren't needed."

"She wouldn't. She refused to come back." 

He gulped down the amber liquid. How dare she try to leave without any word?

"It's too late. Go to sleep." 

Siya silently obeyed her brother's words, and slowly walked away, with her crach. Her legs needed time to adapt to the new different.

"The hell is wrong with Bhai?!" Ishani sat down on the bed, huffing, as she took off the bobby pins from her hair.

The moment he got to know that Riddhima was gone, he took the mansion over his head. Leave Dadi's birthday party, it was all a mess until he left with his cars, and came back with an unconscious Riddhima.

"And how the heck-"

"Will you shut up?! You've been blabbering in front of my ears for the last half an hour!" Aryan almost screamed and left the room.

The next morning, Riddhima woke up, this time, feeling much better. Looking around, she saw the it was another room. Well, pale blue walls, velvet red curtains, the huge bed she was on, clearly said it was Vansh's room.

Riddhima tried to sit up, and looked around. 

“Good Morning.”

Came the voice she knew very well.

“You!” she almost shouted, seeing him standing there, facing the window, hands in his pocket.

"Yes?" 

Vansh answered calmly, turning at her direction.

"What the hell am I doing here?"

She kissed her teeth in fraustation, when instead of replying, he placed a tray of breakfast in front of her.

"Did you hear what I asked?! You can't just force me to stay somewhere without my consent!”

Vansh again, ignored her royally, pouring a glass of juice.

A shrill glass breaking noise engulfed his room, as Riddhima threw the breakfast tray away. 

The very next second, she regretted her action when Vansh harshly held her wrist, and pulled her out of the bed, dragging her down the stairs.
