What image? The one where it was implied before he was fat and now that he isn't anymore he bangs anything that moves? He didn't have a career that was worthy of ruining. It's still the same.

I am confused, why would he go for any other woman if he loves Malaika! Woman is hot af!

Also, he started getting some attention coz of their relationship (case in point, people on this forum make more threads about their relationship than his filmography) so how is his image ruined? Just becuase he married an elder woman?
