He makes a very convincing case for Geet and the other hospital decides that Geet’s resume is quite impressive... she does deserve and so they decide that ok let's interview her and see

She frowns as her her temper rises

She is angry at Maan

G-Why are you meddling in my professional matters?

Maan just glances at her and chooses not to reply

Geet’s phone rings

Maan walks out of the room knowing it’s the hospital calling Geet for the interview

She is annoyed ant Maan’s meddling

She wants to achieve her dreams because of her capabilities and not because a rich guy lobbying for her

But once Geet gets the offer and learns about her new post and the hospital and confirms that it is not a bought position she is super happy

She is awed by Maan; ki this guy is not just guns and roses but brains and business too

Her heart flutters with joy, happiness & love

She goes out of the bedroom into the hall Maan ko news sunane ke liye

Maan was sitting on the couch watching TV

Geet dhamak ke TV ke saamne aa jaati hai, blocking his vision and starts doing her joyful tribal dance

Maan can’t help but chuckle

M-It seems the interview went well

Maan says smiling

G-I got the position!

Geet replies while moonwalking around the house

Maan is also beaming seeing her wacky dance and most importantly seeing her happy

Geet goes full on whack mode, tying Maan’s shirt over her head and rapping away what’s great about the new position

Maan also joins her infectious craziness by beatboxing along with her rap

Maan feels he hasn’t laughed so much in his entire life as much as he laughs when he is with Geet

As Geet is staying with Maan now

Ab Geet Maan ke ghar pe cook kar rahi thi

Maan ghar pe tha nahi

Geet bhi pakk gai thi, Maan ka yaa toh pasta yaa bahar sekhaana, socha simple si dal banalu

Maan ki mom aayi

Mom ke paas keys thi

Geet ne suna ki kisi ke enter hone ki awaaz aayi

She naturally assumed ki Maan aaya hai

G-Ek dum time pe aaye ho tum. Khaana taiyaar….

She stops mid-way after seeing it’s his mom

Mom also stops midway & frowns

‘Yeh ladki toh 2nd time bhi yahan hai, aut khana bhi bana rahi hai’

Mom thinks to herself

Geet gulps thinking kya kare, Maan ki mom ko toh pata bhi nahi ki they are living together

G- Hello Au- Mrs Khurr- Malhotra…emm…Mam!

She tries to break the silence but it’s not working

Air becomes more frigid with mom’s cold stare

Mom- Maan!

She calls out his name as if Geet doesn’t even exist

G- Maan office mein hai. Abhi tak ghar nahi aaya

Mom- Maan ghar pe nahi hai aur tum…?

Mom stops midway thinking ki Maan ghar pe nahi hai aur ye ladki uske ghar mein uski gairhaazri mein kya kar rahi hai

Mom stares at Geet from top to bottom

Geet feels awkward, she is thinking aaj toh thik thak kapde pehne hain, normal pajama & t-shirt toh bhi Maan ki mom aise kyun dekh rahi hain

Mom gives a disapproving look after evaluating her attire

‘Cheap clothes’

Mom thinks to herself

The air is getting colder

G- emm…aap baithiye naa…main Maan ko call karke keh deti hoon-

Mom- Maan ko call karna mujhe bhi aata hai

Mom cuts Geet

Geet gulps

G-yes, of course…mera who matlab nahi tha

‘Is she crossing the line?’ Geet wonders

‘Jo bhi ho wo Maan ki mom hai, unka Maan pe hakk hai. Kya mujhe aisa nahi kehna chahiye tha?’

Mom finally sits on the couch

Geet sighs in relief ki acha hai kal hi ghar saaf kiya tha

Mom calls Maan but phone ring hota jaata hai

G- He must be driving

Then shuts up quickly seeing Mom’s expression

It seems mom had decided to wait for Maan

Geet kare bhi toh kya kare, she starts fiddling in the kitchen

Then yaad aaya ki kuch toh puch ahai nahi

G- Mam, aap kuch lengi…emm…coffee? Chai? Juice? Sparkling water?Normal water?

Mom does not give any reaction, phone pe dekh rahi hai

She wonders in upper class mein aur kya offer karte hain, is she doing something wrong

G-emm…wine bhi hai ghar pe if you wwant…emm…red? White?

Mom sniggers thinking, so pretentious…middle class hoke upper class hone ka naatak kar rahi hai

Mom- Waise dinner pe kya banaya hai tumne?

Geet is taken aback by Mom’s sudden interest

G- emm…Dal…Chawal

Mom makes a face as if she smelled a rat

Mom-Bass dal chawal?

G- emmm…nahi..saath mein kachumbar ka salad…emm..I mean cucumber salad

Mom smirks

Mom- Aur Maan kya khayega?

G- Maan...woh bhi wohi khaayega

Mom’s eyes widen as if she can’t believe her ears

She shakes her head in disapproval

Geet bites her lips unsurely

Mom abruptly gets up and walks out of the house

Geez now Maan's mother had started meddling in between them.... Clearly she's a busybody.... If you don't know what to do then find yourself a new hobby or something kisi aur ki zindagi me dhakal andazi karne ki kya zaruri hai.... Aap apne life dekhiye aur yeh dono ko apni life dekhne dijiye.... Simply barging in to people's houses and create problem in their lifes and relationship... So annoying.... 🤗

But there's a say better late then never....so here I am...

You knows what u have an unique style of writing which I haven't came across any other writers....use of fabulous hindi words from aam bolchal ki bhasha make it even more crunchier and your character are ekdam bindas type....love them to the core

I read ur blind love....that was too an awesome piece with over possessive mother and docile daughter...so good

  Geet angry on maan fr meddling in her professional matter but after interview she was super happy and maan didn't complain of her before rudeness he knows her well 

 Again maan mom came and found geet in maan place she is super annoy 

 Geet try to talk to her but she prefer to avoid her but geet didn't stop asking what she like to have 

Loved the update 😍 

They are so free and comfortable with each other.

Fantastic and Entertaining 

Geet angry with Maan as she thought that he bought

her position at the hospital but when she got interviewed she realized

he did nothing of that sort 

now she does her silly dance and wow Maan too joins her and both had fun 

just been their silly selves 

I actually liked that about them there is no pretense 

Geet decides to cook but why cooking dhal and does Maan eat that dish 

his mother comes again and now seeing Geet there while Maan is at the office 

makes her think more negative about Geet

oh hell Geet tells her what she cooked and obviously Maan's mother disapproves it 

Maan's mother needs to realize that her son is happy with Geet in his life 

waiting to see what happens now
