Shakti Kapoor was originally Suneel Kapoor. (iirc)

Suneel Dutt changed it saying koi powerful naam hona chahiye or something like that.

Also some changed their surnames. 

Kartik aryan was Kartik Tiwari

Rajkumar Rao was Rajkumar Yadav.

I can see why all those loaded names were shortened or simplified but some of the changes don't really make sense.

Strange in school she was always Shilpa. When did it happen?

We all knew her as Shilpa and sister Shamita.
