Kaatelal and Sons - Watch All Latest Episodes Online - SonyLIV

From the onset, we are introduced to a character who is a rebel with a cause - she wants equality, is portrayed as being fearless and wants to live her life on her own terms - pursuing boxing and acting. One of her key dialogues in the opening episode itself is: Var nahi vardaan dedo, Papaji. She is drastically different than Garima because she says and expresses what is on her mind without much thinking, but her dhakadness is also an asset because she uses it to deliver justice. She has no interest whatseover in marriage, because she has come to see how her father behaves with her mother and also how it will tie her down when she wants to fly, but she still agrees to meet with Varun on the hope that Garima will break off the relationship.

In the episodes after that, she puts up a tough fight with Jagat's minions and Jagat Seth along with Garima, becomes the door girl even though the clothes annoy her for Rs. 5000 and also becomes Sattu to save her father's shop, though sacrificing her hair was a shocker, and not a choice. She is key in convincing Puttu to join the plan and Pramod to give her a sleeping pill with her impeccable acting on point at that moment. While she is not a fan of Fitkari or Chachi, she does concede to their ego for a while in order to keep them in the shop. Her openly agreeing with Vikram over using his mother's name is also a clear sign of her wanting to break away from this cycle of patriarchal mindset.

Susheela is the action part of the twins, though she has a vulnerable side and she is indeed selfless, that only Garima, Puttu and Pramod have seen. She shields her emotions as a way of resilience, because her father does not take two seconds to shred apart her logic, even when she is right, and her mother, who she loves the most, stands up for herself only once-in-a-blue-moon. Garima has a reason to be happy in the saloon - her talent and her Vikram, Susheela is merely there to fill the gullak and take her share of responsibility for the home she calls her own.

When Pramod finds out her secret and asks her to be a fake GF, she has a moment of telling him how she does not enjoy living a double life but is doing it for her father. Her confiding in him does the magic, and while we do see their nok-jhok, Pramod genuinely sets out to help her, and she also keeps an eye out for his welfare, and does her part of the deal - the hilarious messages with emoticons, going to his house as his GF and basically allowing him in her circle.

His parents give her an alternate view of the world and she truly enjoys being in their company, even though she speculates about being Pramod's other half. When his mom saves her from the potiential forced marriage, her heart rejoices because all she wants is time to fly and be herself. As Sattu though, the troubles seem to not end. She gets really kidnapped and is at the risk of having her identity disclosed and somehow narrowly escapes, just to find herself in the middle of a mess of having to almost marry her sister, protecting her maal and then hiding the MS + getting publicly judged and ridiculed by her Papaji.

Seeing news of Hooda in Rohtak sparks off a thought where she feels like this is the break from reality that she needed at the moment after so much drama has ensued in her life so far due to the double trouble. He is also the key to Mumbai, an innocent dream that she could have pursued if they did not have so many financial obligations, aggravated by the war between Jagat and Dharmpal ki choriyaan aka Gunnu/Sattu! She tried to find a way to escape with Pramod as her partner-in-masti, but her half truth broke his heart a lil bit, although it is nice to see he is still her ride-or-die, is aware about atleast where she is and can help avert the crisis incase either of the sisters reach out to him 🦉

But is she really wrong for harbouring a dream to be free from everything?

Nope. But her timing with terms of the fact that she is equally important for the running of K&S has led to a situation where Gunnu will be framed for helping Sattu carry out a robbery, proof of which rests in Jagat's hands. This track will show her the difference between reel and real, and she will come back even more aware and stronger, to show Jagat din me taare for all he might do to her sister!

This show is amazing. I kind of like every character of the Kaatelal family.

They all have a charm to them.

I love Susheela more than Garima, just al little bit.

Her sideremarks in every situation are hilarious.

Its great to see that the sisters do value eachothers trait, like its a rule that Garima is the Brain and Susheela is the strenght.

Looking forward to seeing Sumod become Friends... officialy😍

No. But her timing with terms of the fact that she is equally important for the running of K&S, and lack of trust in Pramod to confide in him with the complete truth has led to a situation where Gunnu will be framed for helping Sattu carry out a robbery, proof of which rests in Jagat's hands. Waah behen tumne toh susheela ki leela likh di 🤣but you said the truth. She is not someone who can be caged or dominant !

Her boxing and karate are the example how she can be defensive to the male patriarchy if they tries to harm her. Pramod as her partner or spouse is a complementary he is calm and compose but can be lion if someone tries to do with his Gf ☺️ .

Susheela has a good reason why she doesn't trust male because she hates her father for not giving them equal status . This is where she is finding hard to trust Pramod .

She has a dream or aim but again it's not Acting . I feel either as barber girls or Boxer ! Being impulsive is a drawbacks of her character . But chori kadak hai !!

Yepp 😎

She is a kadak chhori with a dhadak mindset, hard not to fall for her 😆

Yes, Susheela is the Heart, Garima is the Mind and Puttu is the soul of K&S 🤗

Looking forward to seeing Sumod become Friends... officialy😍

Me too! They have reached a point of being somewhere between friends and lovers, but the trust is still lacking a lil bit, otherwise they are perfect! ❤️

She is not someone who can be caged or dominant ! Because she hates injustice and inequality in how they are treated vis-a-vis Puttu or any guy, and not given a choice - that is the core of her character. But she loves her family a lot - especially her mother and sister who she follows, even if she does not agree a lot of times 😳

Her boxing and karate are the example how she can be defensive to the male patriarchy if they tries to harm her - She is merely counteracting to what she is given, uski galti nai hai ki saamne wale ka dimaag khaali hai 😛

Pramod as her partner or spouse is a complementary he is calm and compose but can be lion if someone tries to do with his Gf ☺️ - He is the earth to her sky, he brings her back to the ground and tells her she has to start small if you really want to make a difference, instead of taking off so rashly that the plane of dreams crashes even before it can actually fly. Voice of reason hai uska Chota Haddi 😆

Susheela has a good reason why she doesn't trust male because she hates her father for not giving them equal status . This is where she is finding hard to trust Pramod - See the only thing I have to say to that is that Pramod is protecting their Gunnu/Sattu secret, he is lying for her sake, that is enough proof to be able to confide in him with the truth coz he wont judge her ❤️

She has a dream or aim but again it's not Acting . I feel either as barber girls or Boxer ! Being impulsive is a drawbacks of her character . But chori kadak hai !! Chhori will make it big after she learns to fight her demons and make the best towards her journey towards her dream 👍🏼

Yep, a rebel who doesn't like to beat around the bush. She hoped that Garima would say something. TBH, the CA guy she called skinny, I kinda found it slightly rude because it is who he is & her preference for Hooda who is masculine kinda just irked me the first day.

LOL, kuch ho na ho, Vikram & Susheela ki khub jamegi. 😆But jokes aside, she doesn't mind putting her dreams for a pause, considering the logistics of the current atmosphere. She does get vexed at doing things she feels are out of her league but doesn't mind compromising for some time. This also implies to Jagat & his minions because she doesn't like their constant interference in the property-related matters.

Susheela is the action part of the twins, though she has a vulnerable side and she is indeed selfless, that only Garima, Puttu and Pramod have seen. Susheela does appreciate respect but probably expresses it more in her style as opposed to the normal way. For example, in the case of Pramod, she has stated that she does appreciate his efforts but, rather if one was able to decipher the method of vocalization, they can figure out that she either smiles (not fully but like thoda thoda genuine wala smile) or just says it in a direct tone without saying it the casual, calm manner.

When Pramod finds out her secret and asks her to be a fake GF, she has a moment of telling him how she does not enjoy living a double life but is doing it for her father. Initially, she thought of not partaking in the charade but, out of fear of DP getting the inkling in the initial phase, she decided to go along when Pramod boosted her confidence in her room. When this story got intertwined with her charade, she became quite more tolerant even though she doesn't verbalize it the usual calm way one would expect but it is direct, husky sorta tonal.

His parents give her an alternate view of the world and she truly enjoys being in their company, even though she speculates about being Pramod's other half. She did respect Mini's lifestyle to which DP detested. She wished for a mother like Mini as opposed to her own mother. I've seen kids wishing/comparing their parents to those of their peers. Sometimes the comparison is healthy, sometimes it is detrimental. We don't know the resources the other family provided for their kids to be the way they grew up to be.

Yep, if she had the chance & given that her conditions were good personally, financially & socially (in HB), she could've pursued her dreams the easy way. Lets see.

In all honesty, they were trying to present us the irony: Garima who prioritises education and stability gets a guy who seems to follow the theory of masculinity of Hooda, and is still pursuing his Masters, but does not seem too serious about college and is more into enhancing his physical appearance and hanging around with girls or around Haathi Bazaar, while Susheela who prioritises a guy's physical appearance gets a guy who is educationally qualified and stable (he is good-looking too, but that is the casting, more than the role). Both are good at heart, but just off their external attributes, this is the swap they get.

Yes, Jiju-Saali zindabaad! She does care about K&S and her Papaji's izzat in Haathi Bazaar, and thus, does follow Garima into the facade of being boys and running the shop, along with the other mini-sacrifices she has to make - her bike that they loan off for 6,000 for the wigs; getting sabzi for Chachi as Sattu and those in Haathi Bazaar mentioned earlier. She seems more agitated with the minions than Garima, maybe because she hates them constantly hovering around the store and has dealt with them in her own way, keeping them off atleast most of the times.

Yes, she shows it more through body language and expressions, and does not beat around the bush, especially when she has something to say that she wants to tell the other person. She was genuinely touched when he laid emphasis on their efforts as girls and what they seek to do for their father, and how he does care for her well-being, even if she does not vocalise it since that might attach feelings to the gestures, and she likes to keep her emotions away.

True, but even Garima told her he wont tell DP anything and while somewhere down the line she knew it was true, she did not want to take any risks 😆 She saw he was genuine and played along, however she did show us her agitation too coz she hated to be there dressed up like a doll and pretend like she likes a person she barely knows. There have been moments she has genuinely found endearing but otherwise, it is still just a ride-or-die kinda situation to her, where she is glad she got out of the shaadi mess atleast.

I dont think it is opposed to her mother, however, she would have preferred a mother like Mini and probably indicating she would love for her own mother to take a stand. We saw how enthusiastic and happy she was when Kusum spoke up against Jagat and also shut up DP during the marriage fiasco. In some ways, she wished her own mother was like that, so she could have also had the freedom that she wanted. True, we only see the grass greener on the other side, not the gardener (circumstances) who made it so.

Yep, if she had the chance & given that her conditions were good personally, financially & socially (in HB), she could've pursued her dreams the easy way. Lets see.

Just an observation, she would have a choice.
