The same dumbness, same innocence, same cuteness and same fakeness. But she doesn't have the cute voice of a child to back it up like Shehnaaz, though she's trying hard to imitate that.

shehnaaz's actual personality was like that we shall never know but she was consistently stupid

but Jasmine was a ghatiya soap actress hence she wasnt able to keep it up consistently 

and her real vile disgusting personality would come out

Shehnaaz was herself while Jas was being fake with that kid voice, which changed as soon as SK pointed out. Also Shehnaaz tried to entertain, Jas was just vile and bully.
