Ridhima had laughed.
"What's so funny?" He asked furious
"Do you know why I married You?" She asked wiping her tears
"Because you wanted to kill me?" He smirked
"No" she denied
"Because I couldn't see Kabir hurt, let alone dead" She confessed. Vansh constricted his pupils and clenched ever muscle in his body to control his anger
"But kehte hai na, waqt ne kia kya haseen sitam.." she sang
"Manjur h mjhe" she added
"Kabir ko maut mai dungi" she sighed

"Kese marogi use?" He asked restless, it's been a few hours of their confrontation
"Pata chal jaega" she said

"Kabir" she called him "ye mene tumhare liye banaya hai" she smiled " abhi sagai hui h na tumhari isliye" she passed the bowl of porridge towards him
"Thank you" he said hesitant not sure how to refuse in front of all the family members
"Ah but Ridhima" he said suddenly
"Huh?" She looked up
"Mai ilaichi nahi khata, can I exchange it with yours" he asked grinning, Ridhhima's face fell for a second but she calmed down and exchanged the bowls.

"Tumne kya kia neeche?" He asked as soon as they were in the room
"Kya kia?"
"Kab marogi tum use, yaha tum use kheer khila rahi ho" he said jerking her
"Vansh, kheer mai zeher tha, don't worry wo subah ka suraj nhi dekhega" she smiled
"What? But didn't he exchange it with you" he frowned
"Han baba, usme zeher tha" she assured him
"But how did you know he would.." He scratched his head
"I know him enough but I still didn't want to take any risk" she said calmly removing her jewellery
"What?" He asked confused
"So I had mixed it in both the bowls" she smiled and horror spread through his face "did you.. why wtf is wrong with you" he screamed "let me call a doctor oh my god you silly woman" he reached out for his phone but she snatched it and threw it on the floor
"Kyu vansh? Kabir ko maut dena meri saza the.. par tumhare dhoke ki saza bhi to milni chaiye na?" She said tears welling up in his eyes
He held his head between his palms and clenched his jaw in pain
"Mne tumhare khane m bhi kuch milaya tha..neend ki dawai taki tum chah k bhi mjhe bacha na sako.. jab tak tumhari neend khulegi m hmesha k liye so chuki hogi Vansh or Kabir bhi" she gulped
"Ridhima please" he begged tears rolling down his cheeks as he tried hard to keep his eyes open
"I love you Vansh" she has said and it was the last thing he heard, the last he would hear of her.
