The episode begins with the entire Desai family waiting impatiently outside Babuji’s room. Baa Yamuna fees upset that she was sidelined by Babuji , while Hiral, Hema, Kana, Chetan and Pankaj feel jealous of Anant .
In the room Babuji narrates how grateful he was of Gehna’s father who had sacrificed his own life to shield n save him from fatal attack and he laid down his own life . He was indebted to Gehna’s father n had given him the word that he will take over all responsibilities of Gehna . Today he did not want to fail today, he requests his son Anant to fulfil his promise and marry Gehna .
Anant is devastated , he remembers Radhika and gets emotional about her .
Radhika is seen trying to reach Desai house, but she gets delayed some how or the other. She also breaks a few glass bang,es n her mother says this was not good omen. Radhika feels emotional . She also panics when her mobile battery goes dead , she is unable to use GPS to reach back Desai house or contact Anant .
Gehna is seen dejected n walking to wards the river . Passers by notice her rushing towards river in her wedding clothes . Gehna jumps into the river, she had no where to go after Karan throws her out of the house . she is unable to face the harsh realities of life any more.
